A photosensitive resin printing plate precursor for relief printing, wherein the photosensitive resin printing plate precursor comprises a support, a photosensitive resin layer, and a cover film stacked in this order, wherein the photosensitive resin layer comprises a lower layer present on a support side and an upper layer present on a cover-film side, wherein the upper layer is a photosensitive resin layer that contains a water-soluble or water-dispersible resin (A) having a glass transition temperature measured by differential scanning calorimeter of 40 to 90°C, wherein the upper layer has a thickness of 3 to 30 micrometers, wherein the lower layer is a layer that contains a water-soluble or water-dispersible resin (B) having a glass transition temperature higher than the glass transition temperature of the water-soluble or water-dispersible resin (A) by 5°C or more, and wherein the glass transition temperature of the resin (B) measured by differential scanning calorimeter is 95 to 135°C.

摘要： A liquid solder resist composition contains: a carboxyl group-containing resin; a photopolymerizable compound which contains one or more kinds of compounds selected from a group consisting of a photopolymerizable monomer and a photopolymerizable prepolymer; a photopolymerization initiator; an epoxy compound; and titanium dioxide. The carboxyl group-containing resin is obtained by polymerization of a monomer composition which contains: a carboxyl group-containing monomer represented by following formula (1); and a maleimide compound represented by following formula (2). The carboxyl group-containing resin does not contain a photopolymerizable functional group. In the formula (1), X represents R a -COO.

摘要： A coating for use with a hydrophilic sheet substrate to form a lithographic printing plate precursor, including at least one Compound A silane compound and at least one Compound B phosphinic acid or organic derivative thereof. Compounds A and B experience a synergistic interaction which substantially increases adhesion to the substrate of areas imaged by radiation. The resulting plate is exhibits high on-press durability suitable for high volume commercial uses without a preheat step prior to development, even when imaged with lower levels of radiation such as violet lasers. A method of preparing a lithographic printing plate includes imagewise exposing the coating on a surface of a hydrophilic substrate to violet radiation and developing in an alkaline aqueous solution without preheating.

摘要： The present invention provides a resin composition for resist to be efficiently formed into a cured product with high properties of crack resistance, bulge resistance, protrusion resistance, and the like for filling a through-hole, a via hole, or the like with the cured product. The resin composition for masks in accordance with the present invention contains a first resin and a second resin. The first resin is prepared by an addition reaction of polybasic acid anhydride with an adduct of an ethylenically unsaturated compound having a carboxyl group and bifunctional epoxy resin. The second resin having: a group obtained by an addition reaction of an epoxy group with monocarboxylic acid; and a group obtained by addition reaction of an epoxy group with polybasic acid.
