The holder protrusion portions and the holder recess portions are alternately arranged along a circumferential direction. The central angle of a portion of an inner circumferential surface of the surrounding member remaining out of contact with each of the holder protrusion portions is equal to or larger than the central angle of a portion of an outer circumferential surface of a bearing unit.
