摘要： The present invention is aimed at providing an improved heater for electronic thermostats which can increase clamping force between a wax case and the heater while allowing reduction in the number of components and cost reduction, thereby improving productivity and reducing manufacturing costs in manufacture of an electronic thermostat, while improving durability and operational reliability of an electronic thermostat. The present invention provides a heater for electronic thermostats including: a hollow tube open at one end thereof and closed at the other end thereof; a heating member disposed inside the tube and generating heat by electrical resistance; and lead wires supplying electric power to the heating member, wherein the tube is directly inserted into a fastening hole of a wax case through interference fitting such that the heater is mounted on the wax case.

The wall or a part of this or a part of the house wall is a heat conductor for conducting heat between the heating element and at least one of the fluid channels. At least one chamber is defined by the at least one wall and a portion of the housing wall, or by walls in pairs between the fluid channels. The heating element is mountable in the chamber, which has an opening towards the outside of the housing. The opening is not fluidly connected to the fluid channels. The heating element can be a PTC element.

摘要： A closure cap (10) for a fixed neck of a motor vehicle radiator is provided with a cap outer part (12), which comprises a closure element (17) that can be joined to the reservoir neck, and comprises a grip element (13) that is held in a manner that permits it to be twisted in relation to the closure element. A torsional stop (20) is provided between said closure element and grip element. The aim of the invention is to provide a closure cap of the aforementioned type with safety-relevant functions of the torsional stop and of the reduction of excess pressure in a structurally simple manner whereby permitting them to be exactly adapted to one another. To this end, an actuator (15) that can be expanded when subjected to heat is provided both for axially engaging and disengaging the coupling insert (46) of the torsional stop (20) as well as for adjusting the pretension with which the valve body (22) of the valve arrangement (11) is pressed against the sealing seat (21).
