摘要： Embodiments of the invention disclosed herein are directed to articles of clothing that allow for monitoring of different analytes (e.g., electrolytes and molecules) in human sweat during fitness activity, while training, or simply in everyday life. The clothing includes a sensor system completely integrated in textile such that every sensing part is made of textile fibers. The clothing is able to control, collect, analyze, and expel the sweat over time. The textile sensor allows a spontaneous absorption of body sweat directly from the skin, while it is produced, using the hydrophilic natural properties of the textile. Then, once adsorbed, the flux of sweat is controlled and guided through the textile using a gradient of the textile's hydrophilic properties. The sweat guided through the textile(10) is analyzed through an electrochemical sensor comprising a gate fiber (22), source (16) and drain electrodes (18) connected by a conductive fiber (14) (e.g. being coated with a conductive polymer like PEDOT) woven into the textile. Finally, the sweat is collected in a reservoir and expelled for evaporation by interchanging hydrophilic and hydrophobic regions.

摘要： A zoned moisture management garment is presented, which provides one-way moisture transport from a wearer's body and zones of different moisture management performance. By incorporating dissolvable yarns, removable by a printable paste, with non-dissolvable yarns of different denier per filament, zoned garments with a denier differential mechanism can be created. The zoned garment optimizes evaporative cooling and wicking zones of a garment based upon a sweat profile and contact profile of the wearer.

摘要： The invention relates to a fiberglass material manufacture method and facility, wherein molten glass is converted into fiberglass material via the steps of spinning, drawing, sizing, and collecting, followed by a step of producing a resulting fiberglass material that is then subjected to thermal desizing. The fumes from the melting furnace are used to preheat a combustion reagent from the melting furnace in two steps: a first step in which air is heated via heat exchange with the fumes, and a second step in which the combustion reagent is preheated via heat exchange with the hot air, the air then being used in the step of desizing the fiberglass material.

摘要： The present invention provides a moisture-absorbing heat-generating quick-drying moisture-retaining thermal fabric and manufacturing method thereof. The fabric is woven by a first yarn, a second yarn, a third yarn an a fourth yarn. The first yarn is a regenerated cellulose fiber-type blended yarn made by blending regenerated cellulose fiber with one or more linen, wool or cashmere and cotton fiber, or is a regenerated cellulose long fiber yarn or regenerated cellulose staple fiber yarn. The second yarn is a modified polyester fiber yarn having a non-circular cross section. The third yarn is a cotton fiber-type blended yarn made by blending cotton fiber with one or two of polyester staple fiber or polyacrylonitrile fiber, or is all-cotton yarn. The fourth yarn is polyurethane fiber yarn. The fabric has a moisture-absorption heat-generation value above the national standard, and good moisture-absorption and quick-drying properties, and a thermal value meeting the national standard, and also has a comfortable resilience, and a soft, smooth feel of the surface contacting the skin. In addition, the manufacturing method has a simple process and is easy to operate.

The fabric is formed of a plurality of functional zones arranged to extend the period of cooling without the use of artificial cooling chemicals. The functional zones include one or more of three different functional zone types. The first type diverts moisture. The second type retains and stores moisture. The third type absorbs moisture. One of the functional zones may be punched to create perforations to provide fabric flexibility and to assist in liquid diversion from within the fabric. An anchor system facilitates retention of the fabric on the object.
