摘要： Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Falten und Stapeln von Nähgut, welche stromabwärts einer Nähmaschine und von dieser durch einen Zwischenraum getrennt angeordnet ist, wobei eine diesen Zwischenraum überbrückende Übergabeeinrichtung und nachfolgende Transporteinrichtung vorhanden sind, durch welche das Nähgut der Nähmaschine entnommen und der Stapeleinrichtung zugeführt wird. Dabei ist im Zwischenraum eine vertikale Klemmeinrichtung vorgesehen, durch welche ein Teil des Nähgutes klemmend erfaßt und um einen definierten Betrag in vertikaler Richtung transportiert wird, wobei nachfolgend der übrige Teil des Nähgutes in einem durch eine Auflagefläche der Stapeleinrichtung und die bezüglich dieser heb- und senkbaren Transporteinrichtung gebildeten Transportspalt transportiert wird. Das Nähgut wird dabei gefaltet und kann lagenrichtig mittels der Stapeleinrichtung abgelegt werden.

摘要： An automatic hemming apparatus for supplying a tubular workpiece in an adequate attitude to a sewing machine (4) is disclosed. The apparatus has a workpiece position control device (21) and a guide (19) for folding a circular edge of the workpiece in front of a sewing bed (6). The sewing machine (4) is provided a delivery roller (10) at the rear side and an assisting feed belt (26) at the outside of the sewing bed (6). The device (21) comprises an edge sensor (17) and inclined freely rotatable rollers (22A to 22D) so as to contact with the workpiece on the outer surfaces thereof. On the feeding operation of roller (10) and belt (26), according to a signal from the sensor (17), a stepping motor (24) changes the inclining direction of the rollers (22A to 22D) and the workpiece is moved toward right or left.

摘要： Apparatus for the seriatim separation and feeding of garment parts from a shingled stack of the parts to a predetermined destination. Comprising the apparatus is a picker head containing a depending array of needles adapted to positively engage the leading edge of the uppermost part on the stack. The picker head is supported for arcuate motion in the course of effecting separation of the engaged first part, and is arcuately displaced at a high rate of acceleration to aid in overcoming the resistance to separation between the first and second parts in the stack. Following separation, the separated part is transferred to a second location at which the head is withdrawn from the transferred part. Operable concomitantly with part separation by the picker head is a hold down clamp for applying a predetermined downward force on the remaining stacked parts while a vacuum force is being applied from underneath for retarding this displacement in the course of the engaged part being separated.

摘要： A dual-chain sewing machine for aligning the edges and the corresponding seam tracks of pieces of a garment that have different curvatures and for sewing the pieces together along the seam tracks includes two flexible, elongated carriers, which move at approximately the same linear speed and which are mounted and arranged for motion around continuous paths. Each carrier has pins extending from it in a direction transverse to the direction of movement, with the pins of one carrier extending towards the pins of the other carrier. A first fabric piece is applied to the pins of the first carrier when a pin bearing portion of the first carrier is in a path segment corresponding to the seam track on the first fabric piece; a second fabric piece is applied to the pins of the second carrier when a pin bearing portion of the second carrier is in a path segment corresponding to the seam track on the second fabric piece. The second carrier is guided towards the first carrier so that the pins of the first carrier engage the second fabric piece, and then the second carrier is guided away from the first carrier. Consequently, the second fabric piece is transferred from the second carrier to the first carrier and aligned with the first fabric piece already on the pins of the first carrier. The first carrier transports the fabric pieces to a sewing machine, which sews them together along the desired seam track.

摘要： Un point redoublé est formé par une machine à coudre (11, fig. 1) dans un produit (34) en travail, et le produit en travail est soumis à une accélération qui l'écarte de la machine à coudre de façon à étirer la chaîne de fil (fig. 5). La chaîne de fil étirée est coupée par un couteau (40) et la chaîne de fil avant (43) recule vers la languette creuse de chaînage (21) dans laquelle elle est aspirée par le courant d'air (26) créé par une boîte à vide (52, fig. 6). Le produit suivant en travail tire la chaîne de fil avant de la languette creuse de chaînage, et la machine à coudre attrape le chaîne de fil avant pour former le point. Un convoyeur de transfer (15) met le produit (34) en travail en alignement avec un ensemble tube de retournage (106), des appareils à pinces (109 et 110) saisissent et ouvrent une extrémité du produit en travail (fig. 9-14), et de l'air aspiré à travers l'ensemble tube de retournage retourne ledit produit. Les appareils à pinces relâchent le produit puis l'ensemble tube de retournage s'ouvre le long de sa partie inférieure (fig. 16) et laisse tomber le produit en travail.
