摘要： System and method for induction hardening of metal rings, which comprises: two heads, each of which is attached to an induction medium; a system for vertical approximation of the two induction media to the metal ring; a system for horizontal approximation of the induction media to walls of an internal surface of the metal ring, and an oscillating circuit, where the system is configured so that: the system of vertical approximation displaces simultaneously in a vertical direction the two induction media until they are introduced into the metal ring; the system of horizontal approximation separates the two induction media from each other in a horizontal direction to bring each induction medium closer to the walls of the inner surface of the metal ring to heat it for a pre-established time, and to displace vertically the two induction media simultaneously until they reach a shower position to obtain the hardening of the metal ring.

摘要： An actual result DB 6 stores therein actual result data associating values of manufacturing condition items with a material-property-value, the values including a chemical composition per component of a steel-strip product manufactured in the past and a measured value by each measuring device in each of processes 12 to 14 of reheating, rolling, and cooling collected in a manufacturing process of the steel-strip product manufactured in the past, for each corresponding one of meshes dividing the steel-strip product. An actual value collecting device 5 collects a measured value for each of meshes dividing a target steel-strip product, by obtaining a measured value by each measuring device in a manufacturing process of the target steel-strip product while tracking a measurement position of the measured value. A property estimating unit 23 of an apparatus main body 2 estimates, for each of the meshes, a material-property-value corresponding to values of manufacturing condition items, by use of the actual result data, the values of manufacturing condition items being a chemical composition per component of the target steel-strip product and the collected measured value for each of the meshes.

摘要： A furnace for thermal treatment with gaseous atmosphere quenching having a bell inside which there are provided a rotor regulating the gas atmosphere flow, a heat exchanger regulating the temperature of the gas atmosphere and a thermal chamber configured for thermal treatment and the following gaseous atmosphere quenching. The thermal chamber has at least a surface positioned on a side adjacent to the heat exchanger and at least a surface positioned on an opposed side to the adjacent one to the heat exchanger and wherein at least a surface has a plurality of screens which connect the inside of the thermal chamber with the inside of the bell to allow the passage of the gas atmosphere from the thermal chamber to the bell, wherein the screens are adjustable to modify the passage section and so the flow of the gas atmosphere in function of the temperature required by the thermal treatment.

摘要： A non quenched and tempered steel and manufacturing process thereof. The process comprises a cooling step after the finish rolling step; and the process utilizes alternate intense cooling and moderate cooling. The intense cooling can ensure the surface temperature of the steel to decrease rapidly; and the moderate cooling allows the core temperature of the steel to dissipate gradually to the surface; a further intense cooling is carried out to allow rapid heat dissipation. The intense cooling and the moderate cooling can be carried out alternately several times according to practical requirement. A water cooling mode combining intense cooling and moderate cooling allows the core temperature and the surface temperature of the steel to become the same within a short time, and thus ensures the uniformity of the mechanical properties of the steel and improves the production efficiency.
