    • The invention relates to a device (2) for the targeted uptake of biological samples (e.g. 46, 48) and the transfer thereof into predetermined compartments (50) of a microtitration plate (52) by means of a corresponding number of needle-shaped sample uptake elements (14) which can be moved in a controlled manner. The inventive device is characterized in that the sample uptake elements are part of a flexible band (4) which can be progressively advanced and extracted by means of a switching and guiding device (6) which can be hand held. Said elements are arranged in said band such that they are perpendicular to the direction of advancement and such that they are adjacent in a manner similar to the teeth of a comb. In addition, the elements are arranged at distances which correspond to the distances of the compartments (50) of each row of the utilized microtitration plates (52). The inventive device is also characterized in that the switching and guiding devices (6) can divert the band (4) in such a way that, in each step switching position of the band, each one of the sample uptake elements projects outward with the tip thereof from the row of the remaining sample uptake elements. By using the device (2), the individual sample uptake elements (14) can be individually loaded in a successive manner with the samples to be taken up. Said band (4) is withdrawn from the switching and guiding device (6) and is dipped into a row of compartments (50) of the microtitration plate (52) in extended form with the sample uptake elements (14) thereof.

    • Un dispositif délivre un dosage d'une substance chimique de préférence à un tissu biologique d'une manière contrôlée telle que la concentration agissant sur le tissu biologique est connue en chaque point dans le temps. Le dispositif comprend une pluralité de récipients (20), chaque récipient (20) contenant une différente concentration de la substance chimique. Une soupape (34) possède une pluralité d'orifices d'admission (36) et un seul orifice de sortie (38), chaque orifice d'admission (36) étant raccordé à un récipient correspondant (20). Le tissu biologique est maintenu de préférence à l'intérieur d'une chambre (42a) pour être traité à l'aide de la substance chimique. Une pompe (40) positionnée de préférence entre la soupape (34) et le tissu biologique produit une force de transport pour l'administration de la substance chimique au tissu. La soupape (34) et la pompe (40) sont commandées par un système de commande par ordinateur (12) qui détermine quel orifice d'entrée (36) de la soupape (34) doit être raccordé à l'orifice de sortie (38) de manière à fournir une concentration prédéterminée de la substance chimique au tissu, afin que la concentration de la substance chimique agissant sur le tissu soit commandée en chaque point dans le temps.
