The transport vehicle system may include a plurality of transport vehicles each including a transferer that travels on a track provided on a ceiling and transfers an article onto the shelf board. The transport vehicle system may include a detector that is supported by the transferer and detects the shelf board. The transport vehicle system may include a teaching information generator that generates teaching information relating to a transfer position on the shelf board, using a result of detecting the shelf board yielded by the detector. The transport vehicle system may include a structure for a measuring machine difference for the plurality of transport vehicles. The structure includes an index that is suspended from the track or the ceiling and can be detected by the detector.
