    • A bottle (1) having a water volume measuring function comprises a bottle-lid (2), a bottle-body (3), and a measure module (4) disposed in the bottle-lid (2) which comprises at least a micro controller unit (43), a memory unit (44) and a sound wave transceiver unit (45). The memory unit (44) stores a lookup table (441) with corresponding relationships between a plurality of frequencies and a plurality of remained water volumes in the bottle-body (3). The sound wave transceiver unit (45) emits sound waves with sweeping frequencies towards the bottle-body (3) and receives reflected waves. The micro controller unit (43) determines if any frequency of the sound waves is an air-resonance frequency according to an energy level of each of the reflected waves. When a sound wave frequency is determined as an air-resonance frequency, the micro controller unit (43) obtains the corresponding remained water volume (5) by checking with the air-resonance frequency in the lookup table (441). The bottle measures the remained water volume (5) in the bottle-body (3) via emitting sound waves with sweeping frequencies where users can view the remained water volume (5) without opening the bottle-lid (2).

    • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Verschluß für Getränkeflaschen oder Spritzflaschen mit einem Verschlußunterteil (10) zum Befestigen des Verschlusses an einer Flasche im Bereich einer Flaschenöffnung, einem Ausströmabschnitt (13, 12, 19), der einen Ausströmquerschnitt definiert, und einem Verschlußstopfen (18), welcher wahlweise den Ausströmquerschnitt verschließt oder freigibt. Um einen Verschluß zu schaffen, der aufgrund seiner technischen Ausgestaltung weitere Kaufanreize schafft und einen möglichen "Spaßfaktor" noch weiter erhöht und der außerdem eine Rückkopplung oder Kontrolle über die Entnahme einer gewissen Menge von Flüssigkeit aus der Flasche bietet, wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, daß in dem Ausströmabschnitt (13) oder einem an den Ausströmabschnitt (13) anschließenden Strömungsbereich ein Schwingungen erzeugendes Element angeordnet ist, welches durch ein vorbei- oder hindurchströmendes Fluid in Schwingungen versetzt wird oder aber durch vorbeiströmendes Fluid in dem Fluid selbst Schwingungen erzeugt.
