摘要： Die Erfindung betrifft Werkzeughalter mit einer Werkzeugaufnahme, insbesondere Spannfutter wie Schrumpffutter, Spannzangenfutter, Hydrodehnfutter und HG-Futter und darin aufgenommenen Schaft eines Werkzeugs, insbesondere Rotationswerkzeugs, wobei im Werkzeughalter eine ein axiales Auswandern des Werkzeugs sperrende Auszugssicherung umfasst ist. Diese Auszugssicherungseinheit umfasst mindestens ein Sperrelement und mindestens eine dazu korrespondierende und das Sperrelement aufnehmende Sperrnut, welche formschlüssig zusammenwirken. Dabei sind sowohl das Sperrelement als auch die Sperrnut zumindest teilkugelkopfartig ausgebildet. Vorzugsweise weist das Werkzeug die Sperrnute auf. Aufgrund von vorzugsweise spiralförmig angeordneten Sperrnuten entlang des Zylinderschafts von Rotationswerkzeugen, deren Steigungsrichtungen der Nutenrichtung des Werkzeugs entspricht, erfolgt eine axiale Sperrung des Werkzeugs, so dass während des Betriebs das Werkzeug axial nicht aus dem Werkzeughalter auswandern kann. Zusätzlich werden Kraft ausübende Elemente angeordnet, welche ein spielfreies Anliegen des Werkzeugs nach dem Einschrumpfen an die Auszugssicherung erzeugt.

摘要： A workpiece carrier comprises a base with an upper part (1) rotatable about a vertical axis (2) and a lower part (3) connected to the upper part (1) at a distance by bolts (4). Workpiece holders each comprise a sleeve (9) of elastically deformable material like rubber surrounding a duct (10) where the shaft of a workpiece can be inserted, the sleeve (9) being accommodated in a recess (5) on the base. The vertical position of the sleeve (9) which extends through holes (6, 7) in the upper part (1) and lower part (3) of the base, respectively, is fixed by a stop formed between a recessed rim (8) surrounding the hole (7) in the lower part (3) and a downward-facing projecting rim (13) of the sleeve (9). The shaft can be fixed by swivelling a lever (14) about one of the bolts (4) into an active position where a compressing surface (15) of the same compresses the sleeve (9) such that the shaft is jammed and released by swivelling the lever (14) back into an inactive position where the compressing surface (15) is not in contact with the sleeve (9).

Beim Anhalten des Spanndorns (1) wird der Preßsitz gelockert, weil sich das elastischer Ring (4) wegen der nun fehlenden Fliehkraft zusammenzieht. Die erfindungsgemäße Spannvorrichtung ist besonders für eine Winkelpoliermaschine zum Polieren eines Metallspülbeckens geeignet.

Die Deformation des Gummirings (4) wird dadurch aufgehoben und die Tellerbürste (1) kann vom Schaft (3) abgezogen werden. Das Wechselsystem ist schneller als konventionelle Systeme und eignet sich in einer Ausführung als Adapter (16) auch zum Nachrüsten.
