摘要： A frame assembly for supporting a paint booth that includes a paint application chamber and a reclamation tank. A plurality of frame posts is spaced apart and affixed to a base floor. Opposing support members, each having a shell, are arranged end to end in a parallel column. Each of the shells is affixed to the upper end of at least two of the frame posts. The support member includes a horizontal structural element affixed longitudinally inside the shell, and at least one vertical support element affixed to the horizontal structural element inside the shell. Each of the shells forms a section of the reclamation tank and provides support to a section of the paint application chamber allowing the paint booth to be installed independently of a building that houses the paint booth.

摘要： The powder coating apparatus is provided with a coating booth into which a ground-connected object to be coated can be delivered and a plurality of coating tools respectively provided on the coating booth and adapted to discharge electrically charged powder coating materials onto the object to be coated. The respective opposed discharge openings simultaneously discharge the powder coating materials onto the object to be coated. The powder coating materials, which are discharged from one of the at least two coating tools and are diffusing in the interior portion of the coating booth, are moved up to the object to be coated by a delivering air discharged together with the powder coating materials from the other of the two coating tools.

摘要： The present application discloses a method of masking an interior surface of a spray booth, the method comprising: -providing a masking liquid comprising one or more polymers dispersed or dissolved in water, a base in amount sufficient to such that the pH of the masking liquid is more than 7 and a pH indicator that is colored at the pH of the masking liquid; -applying the masking liquid to at least part of an interior surface of the spray booth; -allowing the applied masking liquid to dry whereby upon drying the pH indicator becomes colorless or substantially colorless and a clear transparent or translucent white masking coating is obtained.

摘要： A cover for paint spray area grates, the grate cover being arranged for shielding the grate blades and grate cross members from paint particles entrained in air drawn down through the grate and for facilitating installation of the cover on the grate without substantially inhibiting air flow down through the grate. The cover comprises a lightweight plastic one piece member having (1) a top wall comprising perimeter portions integral with plural length and width cross portions bounding a plurality of openings substantially coextensive with corresponding openings in the grate to be covered, and (2) skirts depending into the openings from the perimeter portions, length cross portions and width cross portions. Parts of the skirts adjacent said top wall are positioned close to the top of the grate blades and grate cross members. A pair of the skirts flank each grate blade and cross member. Each pair of flanking skirts is downwardly divergent so the space between the bottom edges of such pair of skirts is wider than the space between the top edges of the skirts. The skirts bounding each opening define a steep funnel shape such that the opening has a somewhat larger area at the top than at the bottom thereof. The skirts in each opening are connected at the corners thereof such that the skirts form a continuous perimeter wall for such opening.
