摘要： The present disclosure generally relates to cyclonic separation or filtering of nanoparticles suspended in a gas. A plume of liquid droplets may be generated using an ultrasound or other generator. The gas may be mixed with the plume of liquid droplets, which may have received an electrostatic charge prior to mixing, to promote preferential adhesion of the nanoparticles to the liquid droplets. The gas with suspended nanoparticles and suspended liquid particles may flow through a cyclonic separator that spins rapidly, causing the cleaned gas to flow out of the filter while the liquid with adhered nanoparticles may be discharged, collected, and/or re-used in the plume generator. By causing nanoparticles to adhere to larger liquid particles, the filter may allow the filtering and collection of much smaller particles than current systems may filter under atmospheric pressure.

When there are burrs accumulating in the water outlets, regulate the fit clearances between the atomizing balls and the water outlets to remove completely the influence of the blockage on the atomizing effect. And when there are burrs corroding the water outlets, regulate the fit clearances between the atomizing balls and the water outlets to remove completely the influence of the corrosion on the atomizing effect.

摘要： Disclosed is a water filtering device which is equipped with a water level adjustment unit. The disclosed water filtering device comprises: external air inlets through which air containing dust flows in; a dust separating unit which is connected to the external air inlets and which separates the dust in the inflow air; discharge outlets which are connected to the dust separating unit and through which air from which the dust has been separated is discharged; a dust containing section which is connected to the dust separating unit and which is filled with water; and a water level adjustment unit which is installed in the dust containing section and which adjusts the level of the water. The water level adjustment unit comprises a supercharged water drainage pipe which is fitted to the bottom of the dust container and a manual open/close means which enables the selective adjustment of the water level through the use of the supercharged water drainage pipe. Thus, the level of the water within the water filtering device can be easily adjusted and high dust collection efficiency can be achieved.

摘要： Provided is a wet exhaust gas purification device capable of removing deposited particulate matter from the demister and using demisters with an open ratio for collecting particulate matter efficiently. The device uses means for heating the demister to a temperature (60°C) at which the deposited oily particulate matter exhibits a lower viscosity or a temperature (600°C or more) at which the particulate matter burns spontaneously. This results in that the oily particulate matter as it is softened and liquified to the extent that it can drop under its own weight is easily washed away from the demister or the burned particulate matter residuals are washed away completely, which ensures to remove the particulate matter in a short period of time and with a minimum amount of cleaning water. The demister from which the particulate matter has been washed away can be renewed as new one.
