摘要： The invention provides a scrubber wastewater treatment method and a scrubber wastewater treatment device such that solid-liquid separation of a once formed floc is easy, with no need for large-scale facilities or troublesome maintenance.
A magnetic powder is added to scrubber wastewater, a bound substance of a suspended substance included in the scrubber wastewater and the magnetic powder is formed, and the bound substance is magnetically separated, thereby cleaning the wastewater. This scrubber wastewater treatment method is preferably such that a coagulating agent is further added together with the magnetic powder. Also, a scrubber wastewater treatment device is configured to include a magnetic powder adding device 9 that adds a magnetic powder to scrubber wastewater, and a magnetic separation device 11 that magnetically separates a bound substance of a suspended substance included in the scrubber wastewater and the magnetic powder. Preferably, the scrubber wastewater treatment device further includes a coagulating agent adding device 10 that adds a coagulating agent to the scrubber wastewater.

摘要： The present disclosure generally relates to cyclonic separation or filtering of nanoparticles suspended in a gas. A plume of liquid droplets may be generated using an ultrasound or other generator. The gas may be mixed with the plume of liquid droplets, which may have received an electrostatic charge prior to mixing, to promote preferential adhesion of the nanoparticles to the liquid droplets. The gas with suspended nanoparticles and suspended liquid particles may flow through a cyclonic separator that spins rapidly, causing the cleaned gas to flow out of the filter while the liquid with adhered nanoparticles may be discharged, collected, and/or re-used in the plume generator. By causing nanoparticles to adhere to larger liquid particles, the filter may allow the filtering and collection of much smaller particles than current systems may filter under atmospheric pressure.

摘要： The invention relates to a process and an apparatus for optimized combination of purification and separation of MTO reaction gas containing catalyst fine powder. In particular, the invention provides a process for optimized combination of purification and separation of MTO reaction gas containing catalyst fine powder, comprising (a) scrubbing, purifying and cooling the MTO reaction gas containing catalyst fine powder, and separating and recovering the mist entrained in the scrubbed reaction gas and the catalyst fine powder that is not scrubbed off; (b) subjecting the scrubbing liquid containing catalyst fine powder to solid-liquid separation, and the purified scrubbing liquid after separation to repeated use after subsequent heat exchange and stripping treatment; and (c) subjecting the scrubbing liquid containing catalyst fine powder to solid-liquid separation, and further concentrating the scrubbing liquid containing catalyst fine powder after separation before the catalyst fine powder is finally recovered in solid form by centrifugal dewatering or drying. The invention also provides an apparatus for optimized combination of purification and separation of MTO reaction gas containing catalyst fine powder.
