摘要： A pole vault swing-up rack includes a frame body with upper hooks and a lower push bracket. The rack is designed to hang vertically from a horizontal bar - as a pull-up bar - by the hooks. An athlete hanging from the pull-up bar in an upright vertical position may kick his/her legs and torso up to an inverted vertical position to simulation movement of a pole vault. The athlete's shoulder rests against vertical uprights of the rack to maintain the athlete's shoulders and body in front of a vertical plane as in a pole vault. A trainer can use the lower push bracket to assist the athlete in the kicking motion. The parts of the rack that come into contact with the athlete may be covered in foam padding and a rubber coating.

摘要： A doorway mounted body exercise apparatus has upper and lower horizontal bars bridging the doorway and carrying respective pulleys and, a rearwardly protruding weight set supporting arm which can be swung between either lateral side to the rear of the doorway to accommodate left and right hand hinged doors and can be retracted into the doorway to permit the door to be completely closed while still mounted. Different cabling arrangements enable the weight set to be used as a counter weight for body weight assistance or additional resistance. An upper frame carrying the upper bar is collapsible for removal and storage or to enable a person to walk through the doorway. The lower bar is hinged at one end to the jamb for swinging up against the jamb so as not to obstruct the doorway when not in use. Footpads on the upper frame enable exercising while hanging upside down.

摘要： The gymnastic and rehabilitation apparatus operates as follows: one hand holds one end of a rope which passes over a pulley, and the other end of the rope supports the foot on the same body side as the hand. The same applies to the other body side. The user wears a harness to which are attached two ropes which, via pulleys, are connected to a movable counterweight which relieves weight from the user's body. The pulleys which support the feet and the hands are mounted on a roller bearing system about a round tube, and inside which the rope attached to the harness may slide. The counterweight may be provided with an electromechanical system which can eliminate part of the weight in the counterweight, and consequently the user can control more easily the operations of getting on the apparatus and coming down from the apparatus. In order to avoid any uncontrolled swinging of the apparatus, a pair of free ropes may be included as a vertical necklace, on which ropes rings can run. With the disclosed apparatus, the user literally floats in the space and is substantially free to move in any desired position. By selecting the level of difficulty of the motions, the apparatus can be used by users of all ages, to play with, or to use it for gymnastics and rehabilitation purposes.

摘要： The SKY WALKER machine depicted in the two accompanying Figures, namely TABLE 1 - TABLE 2, is a machine for rehabilitation, relaxation and stretching of the joints, for corrective exercises and various forms of paramorphisms. It is also designed for those with spinal problems, such as scoliosis. This machine allows the user making gymnastic exercise to strengthen the upper body muscles. All exercises practiced are carried out in suspension (without contact with the ground) and are similar to the traditional "Swedish wall bars". The uniqueness and novelty of this machine is the automatic suspension of the user through electrically controlled lifting systems, controlled by a micro-computer and some safety devices.
The SKY WALKER machine can automatically recognize the height of a person with his/her arms raised using a safety bar connected to an encoder and automatically recognizes when this person begins to use it, or when it ends to use it, through a load cell system. This machine has two functions: "lift up and down", that is only lifting, and "lift and go" allowing the user to hang to the rungs by his/her hands, moving his/her hands to take the rungs that approach the user in succession.

摘要： The proposed apparatus and method relate to restorative sports medicine and patient rehabilitation with neurological motoric disorders. A patient is positioned in equilibrium by suspension devices for patient's body parts. The suspension devices are moved by actuating mechanisms with an electro-pneumatic drive and actuating components, controlled by a programmed PC, motivating the patient by controlling an object in a virtual gaming environment, to restore movements when there is an initially minimal or a complete absence of physical activity. The effectiveness is judged according to the reduction of energy consumption of the drives. The apparatus includes a base composed of two parallel guides with movable crossbars on which the actuating mechanisms are pairwise movably arranged, monitoring and control units, the PC, sensors detecting the state of the actuating mechanisms, and power sources. There are units for analyzing the energy consumption of each drive and for assessing the treatment results.
