摘要： A liquid treatment device capable of maintaining the liquid contained therein at a desired level while supplying a minute amount of liquid to a container of a minute capacity at all times, comprising a storage tank (13) which stores liquid, a filling tube (16) which is used to fill liquid into the storage tank, liquid feeding devices (23 to 25) which supply liquid to the storage tank through the filling tube, a flow path (15) having one end connected to the storage tank, a delivery tank (14) which is connected to the storage tank (13) through the flow path and has a surface area larger than that of the storage tank, a delivery tube (17) having a suction port disposed at the center of the delivery tank so that the suction port is positioned at a desired level of the liquid filled into the storage tank, and liquid delivery devices (27 to 29) which deliver liquid from the delivery tank through the delivery tube, whereby a variation in liquid level in the storage tank can be suppressed smaller even if a variation in liquid level in the delivery tank is larger.

摘要： A device for fabricating a high-density microarray for cDNA or protein having an arbitrary pattern comprises an electrospray part for electrostatically spraying solutions containing a plurality of kinds of biologically active samples one by one, a support part supporting sample chips on which samples in the solutions sprayed from the electrospray part are deposited, a mask part disposed between the electrospray part and the support part and having holes the number of which is the same as that of the sample chips so as to selectively deposit the samples simultaneously in the adequate positions corresponding to the sample chips, a moving part for fabricating microarrays at a time by relatively moving the sample chip support part and the mask part and depositing the samples on the sample chips. Therefore the device can fabricate a large number of inexpensive high-density microarrays.
