摘要： The invention relates to a simple action operation actuator provided with a hydraulic fast-opening valve for a friction clutch control arranged in a drive train of a motor vehicle. The inventive actuator comprises a cylinder-piston unit which produces a load pressure for the clutch. The aim of the invention is to develop a low cost simple fast-operating actuator which provides with inherent security. The inventive actuator consists of an adjustable pump (3) which produces a pressure fluid and supplies it to the cylinder-piston unit (1) by means of an automatic valve unit (2) which comprises a quick-discharge valve (8) provided with a bushing (10) and a slider (12) supported by a spring arranged therein. The bushing comprises a first opening (11) for discharging a hydraulic fluid from the cylinder-piston unit (1). The slider (12) releases the opening (11) in a first position and closes said opening in a second position, thereby the clutch being controlled by an electric motor.

摘要： The invention relates to a motor vehicle equipped with a brake system and with a drive system. The brake system consists of: a driving dynamics controller (10), a control group (40) for controlling the brakes and of a hydraulic unit provided with a pressure medium supply (25, 27, 30) and with wheel-specific hydraulic valves (43LV, 43RV, 43LH, 43RH) for actuating the individual wheel brake cylinders (12LV, 12RV, 12LH, 12RH). The drive system comprises at least one drive train (2, 3; 5, 7, 8) inside of which a controllable clutch (6) is mounted that, via a clutch control (40K), actuates a hydraulic valve (43K) and an actuator (16). In order to achieve a functional improvement while reducing the price of the entire vehicle, the clutch controller of the drive system is integrated in the driving dynamics controller (10) of the brake system, the hydraulic valve (43K) for actuating the clutch (6) is connected to the pressure medium supply (25, 27, 30) of the brake system. In addition, a modular control group (11) is provided.

摘要： The invention relates to a speed differential-dependent hydraulic clutch comprised of a drive housing (11), which rotates inside a housing (20), of a first shaft (21), which can be rotationally connected to the drive housing, of a second shaft (22), which is rotationally connected to the drive housing, of a hydrostatic positive-displacement machine (1), of a friction clutch (12) for connected the first shaft (21) to the drive housing (11), and of a piston (10) for acting upon the friction clutch (12). The drive housing (11) has a pressure chamber (9) and a pressure is generated in the pressure chamber (9) when a differential speed occurs. Said pressure causes the friction clutch (12) to be acted upon. A channel (13) leads from the pressure chamber to a control valve (14), which opens the way to a chamber of a lower pressure in a controlled manner. In order to enable a sensitive, precise and rapid control and adaptation of the characteristic with the lowest possible complexity, the control valve (14) is arranged inside the drive housing (11) and/or inside the second shaft (22), which is rotationally connected to the drive housing (11), in a manner that is coaxial to said shaft. In addition, the control valve comprises a control element (52), which can be displaced in the direction of the axis and which is actuated by an actuator (59, 61, 62) that is fixed to the housing.

The unit has a housing (4) and is characterised in that a hydrostatic displacement machine (20) generates a pressure in a pressure chamber (34), if a difference in rotational speed occurs between the input member (1) and the output member (6), said pressure acting upon a piston (27) which impinges upon a friction clutch (31). In order to compensate the centrifugal force which acts upon the service fluid in the pressure chamber (34), at least one centrifugal force element (11, 12, 13) is located in the housing. Said element exerts a force on the piston (27), which opposes the pressure generated by the centrifugal force in the pressure chamber (34).

摘要： The invention relates to a rotational speed differential dependent hydraulic clutch comprising a rotating drive housing (27) located in a non-movable housing (25) which forms a reservoir, a hydrostatic displacement machine (35), an output shaft (30), a friction clutch (36) and a piston (5) which impinges upon said friction clutch (36). The occurrence of a rotation speed differential between the drive housing (27) and the brake shaft (30) in a pressure chamber (4) generates a pressure which impinges upon the friction clutch (36). In order to effect a rapid regulation and adaption of the characteristic, the first and the second openings (9, 10) are respectively connected to the reservoir (8) by means of afirst and second rotational input (13, 14) and a first and a second control valve (15, 16), whereby the first and second control valve (15, 16) are embodied as a controllable throttle in such a way that, independent of the direction of the rotational speed differential, a controlling intervention occurs at the inlet and outlet side of the displacement machine.
