摘要： Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von mit einem flüssigen Füllgut (21, 21.1) gefüllten Behältern (11) aus Vorformlingen (2) aus einem thermoplastischen Material, wobei der Vorformling (2) vor seiner Umformung thermisch konditioniert und anschließend während einer Form- und Füllphase in einer Form (37) einer Form- und Füllstation (10) mit dem Füllgut (21, 21.1) als Druckmedium in den Behälter (11) umgeformt wird, wobei das Füllgut (21, 21.1) von einem Form- und Füllkopf (28) in den Vorformling eingeleitet wird, wobei der Form- und Füllkopf (28) aus einer Ruhepositionierung, die ein Zuführen und Einsetzen eines Vorformlinges in die Form (37) der Form- und Füllstation (10) erlaubt, in eine Abdichtpositionierung zum Vorformling (2) bewegt wird, wobei der Vorformling (2) während der Umformung in den Behälter (11) vorzugsweise mindestens zeitweilig durch eine Reckstange (17) geführt und in Achsrichtung gereckt wird, wobei der Behälter (11) nach Abschluss der Form- und Füllphase mit einer Verschlusskappe (15) verschlossen wird, bevor der Behälter (11) aus der Form- und Füllstation (10) entnommen wird, wobei die Verschlusskappe (15) von einer Kappenzuführeinrichtung (50) in den Bereich der Form- und Füllstation (10) zugeführt wird, und ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Form- und Füllkopf (28) nach Abschluss der Form- und Füllphase von der Abdichtpositionierung in eine vom Behälter (11) beabstandete Positionierung bewegt wird, dann die Verschlusskappe (15) in den Bereich zwischen Behälter (11) und Form- und Füllkopf (28) zugeführt wird, und dann die Verschlusskappe (15) vom Form- und Füllkopf (28) in einer Behälterlängsrichtung (32) auf den Behälter (11) gedrückt wird.
