    • A power transmission device according to this invention includes a rotatably supported pulley (6), an elastic member (21) overlapped on the pulley from one side in the axial direction of a rotating shaft, a fixing screw (11) extending through the pulley and the elastic member in the axial direction, a nut (24) sandwiching the pulley and the elastic member in cooperation with the fixing screw, an annular nut holder (25) for holding the nut, and a latching structure (27) for attaching the nut holder to the pulley. The latching structure includes a plurality of hook through holes (14) extending through the pulley in the axial direction, and a plurality of hooks (13) projecting from portions of the nut holder, the portions corresponding to the hook through holes. The hook through holes and the hooks are spaced apart from each other along the rotational direction of the pulley. The hook has a latching piece (36) which comes in contact with the pulley from a side opposite from the nut holder, when the position of the nut holder in the rotational direction with respect to the pulley is changed while the hook is inserted into the hook through hole.
