    • The invention relates to electric-arc plasma reactors for producing the melt of refractory, metallic and non-metallic materials and sublimates which have a high viscosity degree and can be used for the cement and chemical industries and metallurgy. The inventive plasma reactor-separator comprises a cylindrical chamber, hollow electrodes entering the chamber through the top lid thereof. Said chamber and lid are provided with elements embodied in the form of shelves and a worm screw, holes for supplying and removing the melt, two coils which encompass the chamber and arranged one above the other. A channel for evacuating the melt of a light binding material is embodied between the holes for removing the melt in the bottom part of the chamber and the lower coil. Raw batch is loaded by means of four lateral feeders through channels which are disposed on a horizontal plane at an angle of 90° to each other in the top part of the chamber above the melt surface, whereby a skull in the form of conical slopes is formed thereon. Heat-exchanging granulating elements (granulators) used for cooling, granulating and recovering heat of a clinker melt are embodied in the form of long metallic cylinders which are rotatable around the axes thereof oppositely with respect to each other and water-cooled from the inside thereof.
