The anvil roll 20 includes a second large diameter portion 22 disposed to face the first large diameter portion 12. By the discontinuous portion transport unit 40, the discontinuous portion 220 passes through between the die roll 10 and the anvil roll 20 without contacting the first large diameter portion 12 and the second large diameter portion 22.
