摘要： A scotch yoke type fluid device in which the pistons (32) are decoupled from each other and provides each piston (32) with its own pair of sliding surfaces (30) and its own slider (18). The sliding surface (30) of each piston are disposed on the same side of the big end bearing (16) of the crank (12). The main axis (14) of the crank (12) is movable along a path such that the pistons are neither substantially retarded nor advanced. The effective centre of mass of the crank, piston and slider remains stationary relative to the crank axis. Each piston includes a guide means (2030) for constraining the piston to move along the piston axis, the guide means located transversely of the sliding surfaces (30) and engage guides rigidly mounted on the crankcase. An intermediate member may interconnect the piston and the slides with a means for adjusting the position of the intermediate member in order to change the compression ratio of the device. For a device having opposed pistons, the yoke (6060) attached to the two pistons is split into two parts (6062a, 6062b) releasably held together.

摘要： The invention relates to a motion converter for a reciprocating piston machine, comprising a loop-shaped frame (7) which is connected to piston rods (5, 6) of the reciprocating piston machine in order to perform linear alternating movements and which has two sliding bearing surfaces (112) inside the frame which lie opposite each other and which extend crosswise to the direction of the linear alternating movements. A slide block (8) is positioned between these two sliding bearing surfaces and is suitably guided for a sliding movement, the crank pin (9) of a rotationally mounted crankshaft (10) being mounted in said slide block. A predetermined play is provided and is measured in such a way that the slide block (8) can perform a pendulous-type relative movement in relation to the frame (7) in the direction of the linear alternating movements and in dependence on the changes in direction and load. The two sliding bearing surfaces (82, 83) of the slide block (8) are interconnected by a bore system (97, 98) in the slide block (8) in such a way that a lubricant can be forcibly transferred from the gap with the greater load into the gap with the lesser load, in dependence on the changes in load of the two sliding bearing gaps.

Each pair is driven by a respective crank (14, 18), with the pairs of cranks rotating about a primary crank (22) which in turn rotates about an axis (19) orthogonal to the axes of the pairs of pistons and cylinders. The throw of the respective cranks (14, 18) about the primary crank is the same as the throw of the primary crank about its axis. A counter-balancing weight (20) is provided opposite to the primary crank (22). Said engine includes cylinder bodies, cylinders, pistons, a crank shaft, and a circular slider crank mechanism to connect said piston with circular slider (27) of crank shaft. There is at least a moving balancing slider cooperated with a cavity in each cylinder body and a circular slider (28) connected with moving balancing slider and crank in said cylinder body. Said slider (28) and said slider (27) combine together and have a phase difference of 180°. Said cavity and moving balancing slider can have the structure of cylinder and piston respectively.
