First and second conductive shielding films are disposed on opposite first and second sides of the conductor set, including cover portions and pinched portions arranged such that, in transverse cross section, the cover portions of the first and second shielding films in combination substantially surround the conductor set, and the pinched portions of the first and second shielding films in combination form pinched portions of the conductor set on each side of the conductor set. The cable includes an adhesive layer bonding the first shielding film to the second shielding film in the pinched portions of the conductor set.

摘要： The invention provides a process for exfoliating a 3-dimenisonal layered material to produce a 2-dimensional material, said process comprising the steps of mixing the layered material in a solvent to provide a mixture; applying energy, for example ultrasound, to said mixture, and removing the energy applied to the mixture, such that sedimentation of the 2-dimensional material out of solution as a weakly re-aggregated, exfoliated 2-dimensional material is produced. The invention provides a fast, simple and high yielding process for separating 3-dimensional layered materials into individual 2-dimensional layers or flakes, which do not strongly re-aggregate, without utilising hazardous solvents.

A film 10 distinguished in corona resistant characteristic according to the invention shown in Fig. 1 comprises a high thermal conductive layer 14 formed by laminating inorganic compound or inorganic material having a minimum of 2W/m · K, desirably a minimum of 6W/m · K, preferably a minimum of 15W/m · K, of thermal conductivity at least on a single surface of a base film 12.
Another Example of the inventive film distinguished in corona resistant characteristic provides at least a single surface of the film with a maximum of 10 13 Ω of superficial electrical resistance, desirably a maximum of 10 12 Ω of said resistance and a minimum of 10 14 Ω · cm of volume electrical resistivity, desirably a minimum of 10 15 Ω · cm of said resistance. Fig. 1 illustrates structure of the inventive film 10 distinguished in corona resistant characteristic, which provides a low-electrical-resistance layer 14 incorporating a predetermined electrical resistance value by way of laminating inorganic compound or inorganic material at least on a single surface of the base film 12. As a result of completing the above structure, the invention provides a novel film distinguished in corona resistant characteristic at a low cost without lowering mechanical strength of the film itself, and in addition, the invention also provides such insulated wires, coils, and electric motors distinguished in corona resistant characteristic respectively incorporating novel insulation material comprising the inventive film.
