The body part includes a structural component (14) and an appearance component (12) installed on the structural component, a space (70) existing between the structural component and the appearance component, characterized in that the space contains a bag-like object (30"), which is filled with expandable foam (40) or gas such that the bag-like object at least partially contacts the structural component and the appearance component simultaneously. Thus, the appearance component will not have obvious dents under the action of an external force or when undergoing thermal expansion, thereby maintaining a good appearance. Additionally, foam or gas can expand freely in the bag-like object until it is in full contact with the appearance component and the structural component, so an assembly tolerance between the appearance component and the structural component can be compensated no matter how large the tolerance is, and the appearance component can be effectively supported.
