摘要： An abnormality diagnostic apparatus 1 includes: a heat flux sensor 10 that detects heat flux generated by a measurement target continuously from the start of operation of the measurement target or at predetermined time intervals; and a control device 12 that determines whether there is an abnormality based on the result of the detection by the heat flux sensor 10. In the event of an abnormality in a facility, heat flux generated from the facility by at least one of current, voltage, sound, vibration, and friction changes. Therefore, the use of the heat flux sensor 10 makes it possible to determine the presence or absence of an abnormality in the measurement target without using a plurality of kinds of sensors to measure current, voltage, sound, vibration, and friction.

摘要： There is provided a heat flux sensor 10 with first and second interlayer connection members 130, 140 composed of different metals from each other of which metal atoms maintain a predetermined crystal structure embedded in first and second via holes 101, 102 of a thermoplastic resin made insulating substrate 100, the first and the second interlayer connection members are connected in series alternately, and a control unit 20 that performs abnormality determination of a heating element 30 disposed in a vehicle. The heat flux sensor 10 is provided to the heating element 30 and outputs a sensor signal corresponding to heat flux between the heating element 30 and an outside air, and the control unit 20 determines based on the sensor signal that there is abnormality in the heating element 30 when the heat flux between the heating element 30 and the outside air is out of a predetermined range.

摘要： A comfortable temperature control apparatus used for a vehicle is provided with a temperature-change element (20) that changes a temperature thereof by being energized; a heat flux sensor (10) outputting a sensor signal corresponding to a heat flux; a heat diffusion layer (40) disposed on the heat flux sensor (10); and a control unit (2) that energizes the temperature-change element so as to adjust the temperature of the temperature-change element (20). In a seat (200) provided in a vehicle cabin of a vehicle, a cover surface (201a) side in contact a passenger being seated, the heat diffusion layer, the heat flux sensor and the temperature-change element are arranged in this order. The heat flux sensor outputs the sensor signal to the control unit, the sensor signal corresponding to the heat flux between the cover surface and the temperature-change element. The control unit adjusts an energization of the temperature-change element, based on the sensor signal outputted by the heat flux sensor, such that the heat flux between the cover surface and the temperature-change element is a predetermined value.
