摘要： According to one embodiment, a structure evaluation system according to an embodiment includes a plurality of first sensors, one or more second sensors, a vehicle information estimator, and an evaluator. The plurality of first sensors detect elastic waves generated from the inside of a structure on which a vehicle travels. The one or more second sensors detect passage of the vehicle without depending on damage in the structure. The vehicle information estimator estimates vehicle information including at least information of the number of vehicles passing on the structure on the basis of detection results from the one or more second sensors. The evaluator evaluates a deterioration state of the structure on the basis of a plurality of elastic waves detected by the plurality of first sensors and the vehicle information estimated by the vehicle information estimator.

摘要： The present invention relates generally to a system and method for measuring the structural characteristics of an object. The object is subjected to an energy application processes and provides an objective, quantitative measurement of structural characteristics of an object. The system may include a device, for example, a percussion instrument, capable of being reproducibly placed against the object undergoing such measurement for reproducible positioning. The system includes features for adjusting the energy applied to an energy application tool to compensate for orientation of the device relative to the horizontal. The system also includes a disposable feature or assembly for minimizing cross-contamination between tests. The structural characteristics as defined herein may include vibration damping capacities, acoustic damping capacities, structural integrity or structural stability.

摘要： The present invention refers to an equipment that allows the performance of fatigue testing at ultrasonic frequencies in a multiaxial loading, more specifically biaxial. The equipment is formed by two components, the horn (1) and the specimen (5), which are coupled with each other. The horn (1) and the specimen (5) possess such geometry that their resonant frequency which, is relevant for the testing, is synchronized with the excitation frequency of the exciter, so that the whole equipment vibrates in free regime. Through its vibration mode, the horn (1) transforms the pure axial cyclic movement which it receives from the exciter into a mixed movement comprised of axial and torsional cyclic and in-phase movements. The specimen (5) possesses, synchronized at the same frequency, its first axial vibration mode and its third torsional vibration mode.

摘要： According to an embodiment, a structure evaluation system includes a plurality of AE sensors, a signal processor, a position locator, a velocity calculator, and an evaluator. The AE sensors detect an elastic wave generated from a structure. The signal processor extracts an AE signal including information on the elastic wave by performing signal processing on the elastic wave detected by the AE sensor. The position locator derives a wave source distribution indicating a distribution of sources of the elastic waves generated in the structure on the basis of the AE signals. The velocity calculator derives a propagation velocity of the elastic wave generated in the structure on the basis of the AE signal. The evaluator evaluates the soundness of the structure on the basis of the wave source distributions and the propagation velocity of the elastic waves.

摘要： A piezoelectric sensor assembly for measuring a force quantity on a structure includes at least one piezoelectric sensor, each including an element and two electrodes each projecting outward from the element. An electronic processor of the assembly is configured to receive data from the sensor, wherein the data includes a voltage with a magnitude that is indicative of a dynamic load (i.e., amplitude modulation mode) placed upon the structure. The processor may be configured to interrogate the piezoelectric sensor for its resonant frequency change which is indicative of the load applied to the structure at low operation frequency and to which the piezoelectric sensor would not otherwise respond well. The dual mode operation of the piezoelectric sensor extends the frequency range of the strain measurement from the dynamic range to static or quasi-static range.
