摘要： A flow-through fluid heating unit (10) includes an annular member (14), and a heating element (113) deposited on an inner surface of the annular member, the heating element (113) including three sub-heating elements (113a, 113b, 113c), each sub-heating element being connected to a separate conduit (12a, 12b, 12c)for receiving a separate phase of a three phase electrical power source. The heating unit may include a baffle core (16) including at least one channel providing a fluid flow path (32), the baffle core (16) being disposed within the annular member (14) and proximate to the heating element (113). First and second end fittings (18, 20) may be disposed at each end of the annular member (14), each end fitting including a fluid port (40, 42) for allowing the fluid to flow through the annular member. One of the end fittings may be releasably connected to the annular member to provide access for removal of the baffle core.

摘要： The invention provides an electric hot water warmer including a sealed warmer body, a heating unit and a power unit. A liquid medium for transmitting heat is filled in a sealed cavity inside the sealed warmer body. The total volume of the liquid medium when expanding or vaporized under predetermined temperature corresponds to the normal volume of the liquid medium under room temperature. The heating unit is disposed in the sealed cavity and immersed in the liquid medium. The power unit is sealingly connected with the sealed warmer body. A part of the power unit is exposed in the exterior of the sealed warmer body, and another part thereof is sealed in the sealed cavity of the sealed warmer body. The power unit is electrically connected with the heating unit. The invention further provides a heating device includes aforementioned electric hot water warmer and a charging rack. The charging rack includes a base, a connecting table, a protection device, a charging arm and a power line. The invention has advantages of convenient carry, safety and reliability, and comfort and practicality.

摘要： Provided are a heater module for a heater of a fluid infusion apparatus hat is installed on a medical heating device by a cartridge to heat a fluid or blood infused to a patient by a direct heating method, and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention includes: a laminated structure of an insulation substrate; a resistance pattern laminated on one side of the insulation substrate with a pure metal or an alloy which is a mixture of two or more metals at a predetermined ratio and having a resistance value which is set by a pattern having a length and a cross-sectional area; a first insulator layer coated on an upper surface of the resistance pattern by a predetermined method to protect and insulate the resistance pattern; a conductor layer in which a metal material is deposited on the upper surface of the first insulator layer by a predetermined method; and a thin film protective layer deposited on the upper surface of the conductor layer to provide insulation from the conductor layer, waterproofing, corrosion resistance, and chemical resistance.

摘要： Provided is a faucet device for an aircraft lavatory unit, wherein that achieves weight reduction, that saves space, and that minimizes maintenance costs. A second joint (50B) and a third joint (50C) are joined by inserting the third joint (50C) of a heater module (40) into a second joint (50B) of a valve module (38), and screw members (66) are used to fasten a first case (54A) and a second case (54B). As a result, the valve module (38) and the heater module (40) are joined in series via the second joint (50B) and the third joint (50C).
