摘要： A modular PTC electric heater equipped with a cold liquid inlet (30) and a heated liquid outlet (40) is assembled from at least two structurally identical modules (10). The module (10) is designed as a cylindrical or cuboid tank (1) with a cavity watertight closed by two flanges or plugs (2), while the module (10) has a tubular inlet opening (3) and a tubular outlet opening (4), both openings are connected with the tank (1) cavity. The modules (10) are interconnected by a connecting part (7) provided with two sealings (71, 72) and each module (10) is equipped with at least one PTC cartridge heating element (5) fixed on at least one flange or plug (2).

摘要： Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine elektrische Heizvorrichtung (2) mit einem Gehäuse (4) mit Ein- und Auslassöffnungen (14, 18) für ein zu erwärmendes Fluid, das eine Zirkulationskammer für das Hindurchleiten des zu erwärmenden Fluids durch das Gehäuse (4) und eine Anschlusskammer (50) für den elektrischen Anschluss von zumindest einer PTC-Heizeinrichtung (52) aufweist, wobei die PTC-Heizeinrichtung (52) zumindest ein PTC-Element (66) und zur Bestromung des PTC-Elements (66) mit unterschiedlicher Polarität elektrisch leitend mit dem PTC-Element (66) verbundene Leiterbahnen (68) aufweist und wärmeleitend mit der Zirkulationskammer (38, 40, 42) gekoppelt ist. Zur Schaffung einer elektrischen Heizvorrichtung mit erhöhter Brauchbarkeit will die vorliegende Erfindung insbesondere eine elektrische Heizvorrichtung angeben, die sich für elektrisch betriebene beziehungsweise Hybridfahrzeuge eignet. Die vorliegende Erfindung will insbesondere eine elektrische Heizvorrichtung für ein KFZ angeben. Dabei wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, dass das Gehäuse (4) mehrere fluidisch getrennte Zirkulationskammern (38, 40, 42) aufweist, die jeweils mit einer Einlassöffnung (14.1 bis 14.3) und einer Auslassöffnung (18.1 bis 18.3) kommunizieren.

The tubular thick film heater provided in the present invention prevents an external environment from affecting a surface of a heating circuit of a tubular heater assembly and further affecting the heating efficiency, and further avoids possible electrical shock accidents caused by energizing the surface of the heating circuit of the tubular heater assembly during operation of the tubular heater assembly to protect operators.
