The controller is coupled to the motor, the power supply, and the shunt circuit and is configured to determine the voltage of the power supply, and control the shunt switch based on the voltage from the power supply.

The light-guiding tool shank includes a shank body, a light-guiding portion and a fastener fixing head. The shank body has a first and a second end; the light-guiding portion is formed in the shank body to locate between the first and the second end of the shank body; and the fastener fixing head is located at the first end of the shank body and defines a light projecting hole that is communicable with the light-guiding portion. With these arrangements, the light-emitting fastening tool enables a user to quickly sort out a desired fastener and align the same with a predetermined fastener fixing position even in a dark working environment or in the night, so that the fastener can be fixed in increased working efficiency.
