摘要： A multiple images display system includes a plurality of image data input portions, for receiving image data from a plurality of image sources, a display device for simultaneously displaying all of the image data that are received by the image data input portions, an external action input portion, a frame memory for storing the image data received by the image data input portions, a transfer portion. In addition, a comparator compares the sum obtained for the input data transmission rates with a data transmission rate for the frame memory, a priority allocation portion determines and allocates display priorities for the image data sets to be displayed on the display device in accordance with the external action and a control portion controls the display, on the display device, of the received image data sets in accordance with the display priorities and the result obtained by the comparison of the data transmission rate for the frame memory with the sum detected for the input data transmission rates.

摘要： Each controlled device holds a remote control panel optimum for its operation environment. A control device has a remote controller unit for operating the remote control panel of each controlled device. Each controlled device reconstructs the remote control panel according to the shape etc. of the remote controller unit, and supplies the control device with thus reconstructed remote control panel. The user remote controls the desired controlled device, utilizing the remote control panel displayed on the control device. Thus there can be realized a simple and easily understandable operation environment, which matches the controlled device connected to the network.

The controlled apparatus transmits a control panel to the control apparatus. The control panel includes icons used to control the controlled apparatus. The design changing unit changes a color of the background of a control panel to a color selected by a user. 摘要： An image processing device comprises a region dividing unit which divides a captured image obtained by a camera unit into a plurality of regions, and an image compressing unit which compresses each of region images obtained by the division by the region dividing unit while changing the compression rate according to the distance from a predetermined point in the captured image to each of the region images and the distance from the camera unit to a target included in each of the regions. For example, the image compressing unit compresses the region image having a larger angle from the optical axis at a larger compression rate, thereby achieving compression in which the amount of data in low-quality regions is greatly reduced and the quality of high-quality regions is maintained.
