When the supporting rods 15, 16 are rotated, the coupling arm 25 is raised, so that the holding frame 8 is moved along the guide face in an axial direction of the supporting column 7. As a result, the water quality meter mounted on the holding frame is pulled up vertically.

Consequently, height of the mast 4 and the mast 6 forming such a two-stage elevating mechanism is enough at about 1/2 of the height from the measurement position to the maintenance work position.

Mixing effect of the bad-smelling ingredient and ozone is increased by a means like this to diffuse gas flow without making it in the reverse direction and to bringing it into the whole contact with the reactor.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deal with abrupt variation of measurement by comparing a decision reference value, being set based on the quartile of difference among measurements at a plurality of different points, with the difference of new measurements among similar instruments. SOLUTION: An operating unit 19 calculates the time difference among similar instruments caused by the stagnation time in a plant. An operating unit 20 corrects the accumulated measurement 18 of respective instruments with an operated time difference 19 thus determining the difference of measurement among instruments. The quartile (25% point, 50% point and 75% point) of the difference is operated 21 and an operating unit 22 sets a decision reference value from the quartile thus operated with reference to hinge width 1 (distance between 25% point and 50% point) and hinge width 2 (distance between 50% point and 75% point). The stored decision reference value 23 is compared with the difference of measurement among similar instruments thus making a decision 25 whether the instrument is abnormal. With such a method, abrupt variation of measurement can be coped with and detection accuracy of abnormality can be enhanced.
