The 1st abnormal value detection logic arithmetic unit consists of a basic data arithmetic unit 211, a variation quantity overestimate arithmetic unit 212, a similar instrument comparing arithmetic unit 213, and a prediction error arithmetic unit 214. The 2nd abnormal value detection logic arithmetic unit consists of a trend arithmetic unit 221 and a variation quantity underestimate arithmetic unit 222. The measured value is checked from various angles such as the measured value, variation quantity overestimation, variation quantity underestimation, comparison with similar instruments, trends, and relation with other instruments. Then main component analysis is employed to totally decide the result of abnormal value detection logic.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly efficient deodorizing apparatus in which strong turbulence can be obtd. in the neighborhood of an agitation fan and which exhibits mixing and diffusion effects. SOLUTION: This deodorizing apparatus is provided with an ozone generating part 4 and a reactor 5 provided successively between an inlet 2 and an outlet 3 of a deodorizing case 1 from the inlet side, a distributing fan 6 for distributing a gas to be deodorized provided between the reactor and the outlet, an agitating fan 7 with a shaft rotated by means of the distributing fan between the ozone generating part 4 and the reactor 5. In addition, the shaft of this agitating fan is made of an elastic shaft 8 consisting of an elastic body. In addition, blades for agitation may be attached on this elastic shaft 8. Mixing effect of the bad-smelling ingredient and ozone is increased by a means like this to diffuse gas flow without making it in the reverse direction and to bringing it into the whole contact with the reactor.
