    • PURPOSE: To provide a hose winder capable of receiving power from a power sprayer of various kinds and allowing a hose to be manually delivered by pivotally supporting the center section of an input shaft on the frame of the hose winder, protruding both end sections of the input shaft to the sides, and connecting a flexible wire to one of the end sections. CONSTITUTION: A hose winder A is posteriorly fitted to a power sprayer B, a rotary shaft 43 is pivotally supported on a frame 2, and the winding reel 40 of a spray hose 9 is provided on the rotary shaft 43. The crank shaft 56 of the power sprayer B is protruded to the side, and a flexible wire 6 is connected at one end to transmit power to the hose winder A. An input shaft 1 is pivotally supported at the side front section of the hose winder A, and the driving force is transmitted to a drive shaft 60 from a pulley 4 via a belt 62 and a pulley 61. The power transmitted to the drive shaft 60 is transmitted to the rotary shaft 43 from the sprocket of a winding electromagnetic clutch 64 via a chain 72 and a sprocket 71.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components for a cover and man-hours for installation while assembling a connecting rod and a plunger on a crank shaft outside a crank case by separating a crank case in a cross section including each axial core of the crank journals of the crank shaft and a plunger. SOLUTION: A ball bearing 6 and the like are arranged on a start end side crank journal 2a and a final end side crank journal, and a V-shaped packing 7 is arranged around a plunger 5. Bolt fit-in grooves 1d, 1d of reinforcing bolts 9, 9 are recessed on both overlapping surfaces of an upper case 1U and a lower case 1D in order to oppose to twist stress by crank motion. Each head part of the reinforcing bolt 9 is fit to each bolt fitting-in groove 1d of the separated lower case 1D (the upper case 1U), the lower case 1D is covered with the upper case 1U, and both cases 1U and 1D are fastened with each other. It is thus possible to assemble one end of the reinforcing bolt 9 with a crank case 1.
