    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remaining liquid treatment mechanism for easily returning remaining liquid in a hose for spray at the time of spraying work end back to a liquid tub concerning a spray device with which a water sucking pipe and a remaining water pipe are respectively extended from the water sucking port and remaining water port of a motor-driven spray for liquid in the liquid tub, a communication pipe for spray is connected from the spraying port of the motor-driven spray to a hose take-up machine and a hose for spray can be fed out and taken up by the hose take-up machine. SOLUTION: An attachment for remaining liquid treatment is constituted by interposing a pipe 10 for remaining liquid return between a branch pipe part 8b of a water absorption side branch pipe 8 and a branch pipe part 9b of a spray side branch pipe 9, a main pipe part 8a of the water absorption side branch pipe 8 is interposed between a water sucking pipe 4 and a water sucking port 2a, and a main pipe part 9a of the spray side branch pipe 9 is interposed between the communication pipe 6 for spray and a spraying port 2c. At the time of remaining liquid treatment, the remaining liquid is sucked from the communication pipe 6 for spray through the spray side branch pipe 9, pipe 10 for remaining liquid return, water absorption side branch pipe 8 and water sucking port 2a into a motor-driven spray 2 and returned through the remaining water pipe 5 into the liquid tub.

    • PURPOSE: To provide a hose winder capable of receiving power from a power sprayer of various kinds and allowing a hose to be manually delivered by pivotally supporting the center section of an input shaft on the frame of the hose winder, protruding both end sections of the input shaft to the sides, and connecting a flexible wire to one of the end sections. CONSTITUTION: A hose winder A is posteriorly fitted to a power sprayer B, a rotary shaft 43 is pivotally supported on a frame 2, and the winding reel 40 of a spray hose 9 is provided on the rotary shaft 43. The crank shaft 56 of the power sprayer B is protruded to the side, and a flexible wire 6 is connected at one end to transmit power to the hose winder A. An input shaft 1 is pivotally supported at the side front section of the hose winder A, and the driving force is transmitted to a drive shaft 60 from a pulley 4 via a belt 62 and a pulley 61. The power transmitted to the drive shaft 60 is transmitted to the rotary shaft 43 from the sprocket of a winding electromagnetic clutch 64 via a chain 72 and a sprocket 71.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject mechanism having resolved such problems that because conventional power transmission mechanism for a winding drum has involved a plurality of pulleys and belts, the mechanism has been complicated, resulting in higher cost, and belt is poor in power transmission efficiency, furthermore, problematic in terms of maintenance because it is a sort of consumables. SOLUTION: This mechanism has such a scheme that, in a set power spray system D composed of a power sprayer A and a hose winder B as a unit, a transmission roller 21 is interposed between a power jet shaft 8 and a winding drum 12 to drive the winding drum 12, the transmission roller 21 is interlockingly linked to a turning lever 22, and a control lever 23 fixedly set on the turning lever is put to turning operation, so as to ensure the contact of the transmission roller 21 with the winding drum 12 to be turned on/off, thereby when the control lever is turned to a position for brake operation, the contact of the transmission roller with the winding drum is turned off and the contact of a brake shoe fixedly set on the turning lever with the winging drum is turned on.

The slide ring 6 is slid in the back and forth direction of a dust spraying machine to slightly lift and lower a vertically movable link 22. A projected arm 27 of a shutter shaft 28 is engaged with a meshing recessed part of an engaging recessed part 26 and a shutter shaft 28 is revolved. A shutter 2 of a cylindrical material having a fan-shaped section is rotated to control the maximum opening in a shutter opening 5a.
