摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance the heat-exchanging performance of a heat exchanger by a method wherein a covering for covering the heat exchanger is disposed in the interior of a housing and said covering forms an air duct between the covering and the inner face of the housing. CONSTITUTION:A suction slit 26 for sucking the external air is formed on the underside of side faces of a housing 14 positioned outside an outer wall 18. Further, a heat exchanger 30 is disposed in the housing 14, and the outer periphery of the heat exchanger 30 is covered with a box-shaped covering 32. A space between the outer face of the covering 32 and the inner face of the housing 14 serves as an air duct D for the external air sucked through the suction slit 26. Furthermore, the covering 32 is made in the form of meshes, so that the external air induced by a blower passes through the covering 32 to be directed at the entire face of the heat exchanger 30. By this method, the heat-exchanging performance of the heat exchanger 30 can be enhanced.

After a certain period of time, the sensors 3-1, 3-2,... are removed from the building 2 and recovered and sent to the Center 4. A computer 5 at the Center 4 reads in the respective environmental information data 8, date and time measured or the like recorded in the memory 23-1, 23-2,... of the sensors 3-l, 3-2,... which were recovered and sent to the Center 4. A computer 5 in the Center 4 analyses the environmental information data 8 collected, performs performance evaluation for the building 2 and ranks the data.

The thickness of the heat insulating material for the duct 3 and the thickness of the fireproof covering are used jointly as a heat insulating member 7 for the duct, and thereby reduces the diameter of the penetrated opening 2 for the steel beam 2.

CONSTITUTION:An outdoor device 12 is installed at a part facing an indoor side of a column 16 constituting a building separately from an indoor device 52 arranged to be faced against an outer wall 18. Due to this fact, a projecting amount of an air conditioner 10 from an inner surface of the outer wall becomes small by an amount corresponding to non-presence of the outdoor device 12, resulting in that an installing space of an air conditioner 10 is reduced. In addition, since a suction slit 26 and a discharging slit 28 of the outdoor device 12 are spaced apart in a vertical direction of the outdoor device 12 in a predetermined spacing, the discharged surrounding air may not influence against sucked surrounding atmosphere.

After that, an opening hole of the branch port 6 is opposed to a water storage side branch outflow tank to swivel the operating machine 8. In addition, the catchment to flow into the branch port 6 is flowed out to the water storage tank through the water storage side branch flow outlet port 3a to make a water storage.
