    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate installation and improve work efficiency by providing a cylinder forming means for engaging an engagement means and transforming a plateshaped belt into the bottomed cylinder shape, and a cylinder releasing means for releasing the engagement means and transforming the bottomed cylinder shaped belt into the plate shape. SOLUTION: An engagement means 8 is closed at its lower part by a cylinder forming means 10 such as a fastener hanging or a hook hanging, and a plurality of projections are piled to form a bottom or a ball itself becomes the bottom. Thus, because the belt 4 is of a bottomed cylinder shape, even when conveyed material such as sediment is transported to a vertical portion 2, the material can be transported upward preventing the falling. The upper portion 2b of the vertical portion is provided with a cylinder releasing means 11 for returning the cylindrical belt 4 to the plate-shaped belt 4, such as a fastener releasing means or a hook releasing means for releasing the engagement means 8 such as a fastener and a hook. Thus, since the cylindrical belt 4 is returned to the plate-shaped belt 4, conveyed material 6 such as sediment can be dropped to a general used belt conveyer 15 at the lower part.

    • PURPOSE:To easily and stably hold a material to be plated with high precision by providing many horizontal supporting rods to a vertical supporting rod having an engaging part with an electrode part, and furnishing a repulsive holding member capable of being freely inserted into the opening of the material at the tip of the horizontal supporting rod. CONSTITUTION:Many horizontal supporting rods 6 are provided to the vertical supporting rod 5 having flanges 2 and 4 at the upper part in parallel on the same vertical plane. The long and short horizontal supporting rods 6 are alternately provided in the vertical direction. The repulsive holding member 7 is provided at the tip of the horizontal supporting rod 6. In the plating jig of such structure, the tip of the holding member 7 is inserted into the opening 15 of the material 14 to be plated. The jig holding the material 14 is arranged in a plating bath by a attaching and detaching device having a handling member to be engaged with the second flange 4, and positioned by positioning members 21 and 22. The material 14 is energized by a copper wire 17, etc., through an electrode member engaged with the first flange 2, and plating is carried out. By such a constitution, the material 14 is easily attached and detached to and from the jig, and the automation is facilitated.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily prevent the clogging of a polishing material supply line by interposing a switching valve for manually communicating or cutting a pipeline with/from the atmospheric air on the way of the polishing material supply line. SOLUTION: In the case of stopping spraying by a blasting device 10, before stopping the supply of the high-pressure water, firstly, an outer pipe 22 of a clogging preventing device 20 is rotated so that each hole 24, 25 of both pipes 21, 22 coincide with each other. Polishing material inside of a polishing material supply pipe 17 near a housing 13 is discharged all for vacant. Thereafter, when the high-pressure water is stopped, since inside of the polishing material supply pipe 17 already becomes the atmospheric air pressure, reverse flow of the water in the supply pipe 17 can be prevented. In the case where the clogging preventing device 20 is provided near the housing 13, 1 second is enough for the timing between opening of the pipeline and stop of the high-pressure water. Air is made to flow into the polishing material supply pipe 17 from the clogging preventing device 20 by injecting the high-pressure water in the condition that the pipeline is opened, and the polishing material adhered near a connection part to the housing 13 is blown so as to easily eliminate the clogging.
