    • The present invention relates to a target activated cell/tissue translocation peptide for an impermeable compound strategy (TACTICS), and to uses thereof. More particularly, the present invention relates to a target activated cell/tissue translocation peptide for an impermeable compound strategy (TACTICS), which comprises (a) a protein transport domain (PTD), (B) a masking domain, and (C) a spacer having a target cell/tissue enzyme-specific cleavage, wherein the peptide is provided with selectivity to exhibit translocation performance specifically only in the target tissue. The present invention also relates to an image of the peptide, therapeutic drugs, or a complex of drug-containing grains. The target activated cell/tissue translocation peptide for an impermeable compound strategy-drug complex according to the present invention provides the peptide with target selectivity to obtain the highest quality images and excellent curative effects, and inhibits the unspecific distribution of the complex in the body to minimize side effects and maximize diagnosis effects. Thus, the peptide of the present invention can be valuably used in treating diseases.

    • The present invention relates to a novel human-derived cell permeable peptide-bioactive peptide conjugate and the use thereof, and more particularly, to human-derived cell permeable peptide-bioactive peptide conjugate capable of directly permeate into a target cell to function as a peptide therapeutics by chemically binding cell permeable peptide to a bioactivity inducing sequences selected from a group consisting of a bone differentiation inducing sequence, a bone regeneration inducting sequence, and an anti-inflammation functional sequence to thereby directly introduce an important domain of an impermeable intracellular protein having a bioactivity into cells, and to a pharmaceutical composition for treatment containing the same. According to the present invention, cationic cell permeable peptides derived from human bone morphogenetic protein-4 have no toxicity and immuno-genicity and thus exhibit high stability as compared to viral peptide delivery vehicles, and can transport cell impermeable material into cells and into an organism without any damage to cell or material, thereby significantly increasing target gene expression. In addition, the peptide may be applied to clinical use without having to undergo a large number of processes and mass-produced, such that the present invention may be useful in the development pf a drug delivery system and treatment technologies using said peptide.
