    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal spraying method which can prevent the generation of thermal deformation of a workpiece due to the heat of spray particles immediately after melting while reducing the spray particles that adhere near a spout of an air nozzle to improve the quality of the workpiece.SOLUTION: A thermal spraying gun 2 is composed to be rotatable around a tip of wire raw material 50 and also to be reciprocatable in a cylindrical part 100A of the workpiece 100 on the same axis. The thermal spraying method includes: a film formation step 201 for spraying on an inner circumferential surface 100a of the cylindrical part 100A with the thermal spraying gun 2 beginning arc discharge in a condition to spout "a compressed air 52 for thermal spraying atomization" while rotating and then reciprocating in the cylindrical part 100A; and a cooling and cleaning step 202, after the film formation step 201 is completed, in which the thermal spraying gun 2 in the condition to spout "the compressed air 52 for thermal spraying atomization" while rotating reciprocates in the cylindrical part 100A without beginning the arc discharge.

SOLUTION: Shoes 14 provided with recessed workpiece holding parts 15 are installed on the opposed faces of a pair of clamp arms 8a, 8b. In the center of the workpiece holding part 15, a deep grove 16 is formed. A guide plate 17 is fixed in the shoe 14 so as to close both sides of the deep groove 16. In the deep groove 16, a pulling roller 18 is arranged, while a rotary shaft 19 in the pulling roller 18 is supported by means of the guide plate 17. A wrapping film 2 is guided to the workpiece holding part 15 in the shoe 14 and pulled into the deep groove 16 in the center of the workpiece holding part 15 so as to be wound on the pulling roller 18. Even when the wrapping film 2 is fed forward, a winding path is kept constant, so that clamping of a workpiece 3 with a high pressure for bringing the wrapping film 2 into tight contact with the machined face of the workpiece 3 is not required.

    • PURPOSE:To improve safety by providing a work drop preventing member to close the opening of a work magazine in replacement with a moving magazine when the upper opening of the moving magazine is separated away from a position right below the opening of the work magazine. CONSTITUTION:When a moving magazine 16 is moved over a fixed plate 14 by means of a moving magazine moving mechanism 18 and the lower opening of the moving magazine is arranged in a position right above the each recessed part 14m of the surface of the fixed plate 14, a thin work 11 fed from the work magazine 12 to the moving magazine and contained therein is fed in each recessed part under a dead weight. In which case, when the upper opening of the moving magazine is separated away from a position right below the lower opening of the work magazine, the opening of the work magazine is closed with a work drop preventing member 19 in replacement with the moving magazine, whereby the thin work is prevented from dropping from the work magazine. Since, as noted above, the thin work can be fed in the recessed part of the fixed plate by means of the moving magazine, a need to move a fixed plate body is eliminated.
