SOLUTION: The metal sheet is laminated with a polyester film comprising a polyester base material layer and a coating layer. The polyester base material layer is mainly composed of copolymerized PET whose melting point is 246-252°C, and contains 2-20 mol% of alkylene oxide units with the carbon number of 2 or more derived from a polyoxyalkylene glycol component, to the total acid content in a polyester resin composition. The degree of orientation is 10% or less, and the weight average molecular weight (B) of the polyester resin composition is 40,000 or more when the film laminated on a metal substrate is remelted with heat at a temperature not lower than the melting point (subjected to so-called remelting treatment) and then quenched. The thickness of the coating layer is 0.002-0.5 g/m 2 , a low molecular weight lubricant component is contained, and a coefficient of dynamic friction of the surface of the coating layer using a steel ball loaded with 2 kg in an environment of 150°C, as a slider is 0.15 or less.
