摘要： In a safety stock control system, safety stock is changed in response to updating of a setting value so as to be continuously maintained as a proper value. The safety stock control system is comprised of a demand prediction means, an actual value calculating means, a predicted remainder calculating means, a parameter calculating means, and a safety stock calculating means for calculating safety stock based upon a parameter calculated by the parameter calculating means. In response to updating of the setting value, data of an area, which is different from such a data read when a plan is made, is temporarily read from a data storage means to the respective means, and then, various sorts of calculating process operations are carried out either one time or plural times.

With regard to newly delivered lower-level items, predict a variation or fluctuation of stock quantity based on at least a delivery schedule of them and a present stock amount along with usage plans in manufacturing processes. As for lower-level items of regenerated articles, predict a delivery due date and an expected number of such regenerated lower-level items based on at least a stock quantity of recovered items collected for reuse purposes and a lead time for taking regenerated lower-level items out of the collected items, thereby controlling, based on the both prediction results, the stock quantity of the lower-level items in manufacturing processes.

The system has a means for storing history records of reception of the delivery date inquiry and execution of the sale quota alteration simulation, a computation means for computing based on the history data a ratio of a number of cases with completion of the execution of the sale quota alteration simulation to a number of inquiries per unit time to thereby check a resultant value in comparison with a predetermined reference value and detect a change when the value exceeds the reference value, a means for being activated upon detection of the change by the computation means and for updating the priority order of a sale-expected item that becomes a base of generation of the sale quota, and a sale quota generator means for generating a new expected sale quota based on a result of the updated priority order. When the computation means detects the change, the system updates the priority order of a sale-expected item serving as a base of generation of an expected sale quota and reads a result of the priority order to newly generate a sale quota for use in allocation for reservation of the delivery date reply.

A profit of the product using the recycled component is calculated from the determined disassembly point, the data of the production plan and the cost data.
