The fee imposition system includes a server machine installed in a management center for managing the software, a client machine installed in a customer's office and connected with the server machine through a communication means, a ticket issue unit for issuing a ticket file on the basis of a predetermined fee schedule, and a data copy/writing unit for copying data corresponding to the information designated by the ticket file from a data source memory unit and recording the copied data on a data target memory unit.

摘要： In a safety stock control system, safety stock is changed in response to updating of a setting value so as to be continuously maintained as a proper value. The safety stock control system is comprised of a demand prediction means, an actual value calculating means, a predicted remainder calculating means, a parameter calculating means, and a safety stock calculating means for calculating safety stock based upon a parameter calculated by the parameter calculating means. In response to updating of the setting value, data of an area, which is different from such a data read when a plan is made, is temporarily read from a data storage means to the respective means, and then, various sorts of calculating process operations are carried out either one time or plural times.

A stock management device (1) manages both transfer (outgoing transfer) of cells sampled at the hospital to the culture center, and transfer (incoming transfer) of the cells cultured from the sampled cells at the culture center, to that hospital, with one working code. The ID of containers used individually for the outgoing transfer and the incoming transfer are made to correspond to an identical working code. The optimum transfer route including the procurement of containers is determined by examining the container stock in each of the hospital and the culture center.

摘要： In a physical distribution model of the circulation type, synchronization is established between a reuse plan and a delivery/fabrication plan to thereby reasonably reduce the excess and deficiency of inventory articles at a confluence point of regenerated reusable articles and newly delivered component parts. With regard to newly delivered lower-level items, predict a variation or fluctuation of stock quantity based on at least a delivery schedule of them and a present stock amount along with usage plans in manufacturing processes. As for lower-level items of regenerated articles, predict a delivery due date and an expected number of such regenerated lower-level items based on at least a stock quantity of recovered items collected for reuse purposes and a lead time for taking regenerated lower-level items out of the collected items, thereby controlling, based on the both prediction results, the stock quantity of the lower-level items in manufacturing processes.

摘要： This invention relates to a technique for enhancing the accuracy of sale quota information used in allocation for reservation of a delivery date reply to thereby shorten a sale-quota reply response time. Disclosed herein is a delivery date reply system which permits preallotment of a sales quota of a sellable distribution item and which is responsive to receipt of a delivery date inquiry for allocating for reservation the content of such inquiry from within the sale quota to thereby reply a delivery date and, when the inquiry content is not allocated to the sale quota, issues a reply as to a delivery date after having performed sale quota alteration simulation for alteration to a sale quota with maximal satisfaction of a customer's desired delivery date, quantity and item contents. The system has a means for storing history records of reception of the delivery date inquiry and execution of the sale quota alteration simulation, a computation means for computing based on the history data a ratio of a number of cases with completion of the execution of the sale quota alteration simulation to a number of inquiries per unit time to thereby check a resultant value in comparison with a predetermined reference value and detect a change when the value exceeds the reference value, a means for being activated upon detection of the change by the computation means and for updating the priority order of a sale-expected item that becomes a base of generation of the sale quota, and a sale quota generator means for generating a new expected sale quota based on a result of the updated priority order. When the computation means detects the change, the system updates the priority order of a sale-expected item serving as a base of generation of an expected sale quota and reads a result of the priority order to newly generate a sale quota for use in allocation for reservation of the delivery date reply.

In one embodiment of the present invention, a method, using a computer, for buying a reusable part for use in manufacturing a product is provided. The method includes a user sending to a supplier requirements for the reusable part; Next the users receives information on a plurality of available reusable parts meeting or exceeding said requirements from the supplier (or broker). The information includes individual historical information for each available reusable part. The user then orders an available reusable part and uses the reusable part in manufacturing the product.

Further, the production demand information and the recyclable part availability information are referenced to generate a procurement plan on parts and materials that cannot be fully supplied from available, recyclable parts alone. Based on the disassembly and procurement plans, a production plan is created.
