    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress or prevent gas generation from a solid body due to radiolysis during laying the solid body underground by mixing the radioactive waste of high radioactive concentration and hydraulic inorganic solidification material for forming a solid body and removing water by heating.
      SOLUTION: The solidification processing method for radioactive waste of high radioactive concentration has a solid body forming step for forming solid body by supplying a containing vessel 13 with the radioactive waste 11 of high radioactive concentration and hydraulic inorganic solidification material 10 and mixing, a heating processing step 14 for removing water by heating 14 the containing vessel 13 which has the solid body, a containing vessel sealing step 20 for putting a lid on the containing vessel 13 in which the water is sufficiently removed by heating 14 and sealing 18, and an embedment disposal step 19 for laying the sealed containing vessel 13 underground for disposal.
