Also, the apparatus includes a circulating system 14 having a cooling unit 15 for cooling the liquid metal sodium in the cooling vessel by taking the liquid metal sodium to the outside of the treating vessel and circulating the same.

In this case, a pitch of a part 16 which penetrates the part 15 of the tubes 3 is set to a value smaller than that of a part 17 to be connected to the plate 10. Thus, the diameter of the part 15 is reduced.
