    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion vibration analysis method and its device relating to combustion vibration control to be induced with pressure fluctuation in a combustion process in a combustor, and to provide a medium on which an analysis program is recorded for executing a computer using the analysis method.
SOLUTION: The combustion chamber 13 is divided into a plurality of cavities which are connected together via communication pipes 29. A flame as a vibration exciting source is placed in at least one cavity 27 of the cavities to serve as a pressure source to be fluctuated in a vibration exciting frequency. A resonator 22 is installed via a throat in one cavity of the combustion chamber 13 divided into the plurality of cavities 27, 28. Combustion vibration to be excited as acoustic vibration in the combustion chamber 13 is represented by Helmholz vibration where pressure in the cavity and the resonator 22 and flow rates in the connection pipes and the throat are fluctuated in a certain frequency. In accordance with the sizes of the cavities 27, 28, the resonator 22, the communication pipes 29 and the throat, the frequency response property of the Helmholz vibration to the vibration exciting frequency of the pressure source is calculated to evaluate the vibration damping effect of the resonator 22 and derive the frequency response property of the pressure and the flow rates from numeric calculation.

    • PURPOSE: To make a stable combustion in a catalyst combustion for a gas turbine power generating system and the like by a method wherein a plurality of catalysts are spaced apart in parallel in a flow direction of reacted body and a plurality of sub-fuel supplying devices are arranged between the catalysts.
CONSTITUTION: Under a maximum load condition, only a valve 14 is opened, a desired fuel is supplied from a fuel supplying device and mixed with combustion gas of a preheating source at an upstream area of the catalyst, heated up to a reaction temperature with the catalyst, passed through the catalysts 7bW7d through the catalyst 7a so as to perform a complete combustion. Under a partial load, for example, 50% of load, a valve 16 is opened an the other valves are closed and auxiliary fuel 11 is supplied. The preheating source is not supplied with fuel when it is passed through the catalysts 7a and 7b, so that no combustion is performed, and the combustion is carried out at catalyst 7c and subsequent catalysts, the auxiliary fuel 13 is supplied in the downstream combustion area so as to perform a gas phase combustion. With this arrangement, it is possible to restrict a variation in load applied to the load, improve an efficiency of the combustion and obtain a long service life of the unit.
