摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double pipe type steel pipe pile for vibration isolation which can rotate and press-fit an inner pipe and an outer pipe at the same time while maintaining a space formed of the pipes by devising an engaging structure between the inner pipe, the outer pipe, and a cap covering the inner pipe and greatly contributes to the shortening of a construction period and the reduction of cost, and a construction method of the steel pipe pile.
SOLUTION: The double pipe type steel pipe pile for vibration isolation includes the inner pipe 1 provided with a closed-end cylindrical cover 4 into which the lower end of the outer pipe 2 is fitted in the vicinity of the lower end thereof, the outer tube 2 whose lower end is fitted into the closed-end cylindrical cover 4 and which is positioned concentric with the inner tube 1, and a cylindrical part 5 fitted into a space of the upper end formed by the inner pipe 1 and the outer pipe 2 and having a ring 6, contacting with the upper surface of the outer pipe 2 on the outer peripheral surface, and comprises the cap 3 for covering the upper surface of the inner pipe 1. The inner pipe 1 is rotation-transmittably fitted to the cap 3, and the outer pipe 2 is rotation-transmittably fitted to the inner pipe 1.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel pipe structural permanent column erection method capable of preventing the stable liquid in a pile hole from entering the inside of a prefabricated CFT steel pipe column and enabling pile concrete to be placed from the inside of the steel pipe column.
SOLUTION: A sleeve pipe 3 equivalent to a bottomed steel pipe column 1 or having the approximately same length as that of the bottom attached steel pipe column is erected to the inside of the bottomed steel pipe column 1 making a base plate 2 mounted on a footing pile as a bottom wall from a proper spot of the base plate 2 in a water-tight state, at the same time, the lower end of the sleeve pipe 3 is opened by an through-hole 4 bored in the base plate 2 to constitute the CFT steel pipe column A, and after the CFT steel pipe column A has been positioned inside the pile hole C wherein the stable liquid D is poured, the pile concrete is placed to the lower part inside of the pile hole C through the sleeve pipe 3, and then, CFT filling concrete is placed in the CFT steel pipe column A and a space in the sleeve pipe 3.
