    • The invention provides a polyorganosiloxane-containing copolymer of high transparency that excels in powder characteristics and that when added in a small amount to a thermoplastic resin, ensures excellent mold release ability at molding thereof, and a thermoplastic resin composition comprising the same. The present invention can solve the above-mentioned problem by providing the thermoplastic resin composition comprising 0.01 to 3% by weight of a polyorganosiloxane-containing graft copolymer (C) with 99.99 to 97% by weight of thermoplastic resin (D), wherein the polyorganosiloxane-containing graft copolymer (C) is obtainable by polymerizing 40 to 10 parts by weight of a vinyl monomer (B) in the presence of 60 to 90 parts by weight of a polyorganosiloxane (A) with a proviso that a sum of (A) and (B) is 100 parts by weight, the polyorganosiloxane (A) is obtainable by polymerizing 99.99 to 99.6 parts by weight of the sum of an organosiloxane having cyclic structure and an alkoxysilane with 0.01 to 0.4% by weight of graft crosslinking agent, and a weight ratio of the organosiloxane having cyclic structure to the alkoxysilane is 1/9 to 9/1.

    • The present invention provides a thermoplastic resin composition that excels in the slidability and mold release ability at molding of thermoplastic resin by virtue of mixing of a small amount of a polyorganosiloxane-containing graft copolymer excellent in powder characteristics. The present invention can solve the above-mentioned problem by providing thermoplastic resin composition comprising 0.01 to 5% by weight of a polyorganosiloxane-containing graft copolymer (C) and 99.99 to 95% by weight of a thermoplastic resin (D), wherein the polyorganosiloxane-containing graft copolymer (C) is obtainable by polymerizing 40 to 10 parts by weight of a vinyl monomer (B) in the presence of 60 to 90 parts by weight of a polyorganosiloxane (A) with a proviso that a sum of (A) and (B) is 100 parts by weight, a graft ratio of the polyorganosiloxane-containing graft copolymer (C) is less than 1%, and a content of methyl ethyl ketone-insoluble matter in the polyorganosiloxane-containing graft copolymer (C) is 3% by weight or less.

    • An object of the present invention is to provide a polyorganosiloxane-containing graft copolymer capable of further improving impact resistance of a vinyl chloride-based resin without causing a significant problem such as lowering of transparency, and a vinyl chloride-based resin composition containing the copolymer. The above object is achieved by a polyorganosiloxane-containing graft copolymer (C) obtained by graft-polymerizing 65 to 5 parts by weight of at least one monomer (B) selected from the group consisting of (meth)acrylic acid ester, aromatic vinyl, and a vinyl cyanide compound under a presence of 35 to 95 parts by weight of a polyorganosiloxane (A) consisting of 0.001 to 0.5% by weight of a bifunctional siloxane-based graft-crosslinking agent (a) and 99.999 to 99.5% by weight of organosiloxane (b) (with the proviso that a total of (A) and (B) is 100 parts by weight), the graft copolymer characterized by having a degree of swelling of acetone-insoluble matter in toluene being 4000% or more; and a vinyl chloride-based resin composition containing the graft copolymer.
