    • A male terminal fitting and a method of manufacturing the same is disclosed as including a plate-shaped contact protrusion (11, 31, 41, 51) formed at one side for mating with a female terminal fitting, and a conductor clamping portion (12, 32, 42, 52) located at the other side for clamping a conductor of an electric wire. The plate-shaped contact protrusion includes a base plate component (14, 34, 44, 54) extending from the conductor clamping portion in a longitudinally elongated shape, and an overlapping fold plate component (15, 35, 36, 45, 46, 55) laterally extending from a side of the base plate component. The plate-shaped contact protrusion further includes a flatness securing plate component (16, 35, 44, 56) laterally extending from the base plate component and overlaps with the overlapping fold plate component to ensure flatness conditions of the base plate component and the overlapping fold plate component. In the method, a plurality of sequentially arrayed male terminal fittings are formed by stamping operation and a forming operation is implemented to form each of the terminal fittings into final shapes, respectively.

    • A connector terminal which includes a terminal base portion; and a tab extending from the terminal base portion to be inserted into an opponent terminal. The tab includes a bottom face portion and an upper face portion which extends from the bottom face portion and is formed by bending so as to overlap the bottom face portion. The bottom face portion and the upper face portion collectively form a tapered portion tapering off to a point at a tip end of the tab. The bottom face portion and the upper face portion are bent so that tip ends thereof approach to each other, and define an inner space therebetween.

    • A connector includes terminals having engagement parts. The connector includes a connector housing having chambers configured to insert and receive the terminals from the rears of the chambers. The connector includes projecting flexible locking arms including locking parts configured to lock with the engagement parts of the terminals. A single flexible arm is positioned to each of the chambers. The flexible locking arm has a front end supported on a front wall of the connector housing. The flexible locking arm has a rear end supported on a peripheral wall of the connector housing. The flexible locking arm includes a flexible part between the front and rear ends. The flexible part includes a locking part. The flexible part is flexibly deformable relative to an engagement part of a terminal.     • A terminal anchoring lance 20 includes a first anchoring portion 21 and a second anchoring potion 22 which are arranged apart from each other in a direction of inserting a female terminal 30. The female terminal 30 includes a first engagement portion 33 corresponding to the first anchoring portion and a second engagement portion 36 corresponding to the second anchoring portion. The second anchoring portion is arranged at the base 20b of the terminal anchoring lance or on the wall of a connector housing 11 on the extending line of the terminal anchoring lance. The first anchoring portion is formed as a tip of the terminal anchoring lance, and the second anchoring portion is formed as a projection. The second engagement portion is formed as a projection at the rear end of a female electrical contact portion 31 of the terminal, and the first engagement portion is formed as a projection at the front end of the electrical contact. A pair of the second anchoring portions are formed on both sides 20c of the terminal anchoring lance. In this configuration, the size and weight of a connector and the production cost of the connector are reduced. The number of components is also reduced without lowering the holding force of a female connector.

    • Disclosed is a multiprocessor system in which even if contention occurs when a common memory is accessed from each of a plurality of processors, the number of times the common memory is accessed is capable of being reduced. The common memory of the multiprocessor system is provided with a number of data areas that store data and with a control information area that stores control information indicating whether each of the data areas is in use, and each processor is provided with a storage unit equivalent to the common memory and with an access controller. The access controller of a processor that does not have access privilege monitors data and addresses that flow on the common bus, accepts data written to the common memory and data read from the common memory, and stores this data in the storage unit of its own processor, thereby storing content identical with that of the common memory.
