    • The present invention provides an inner plug easily removable from a neck of a container, and a cap for covering the inner plug. The inner plug comprises an engaging portion to be fitted to a neck of the container, a threaded cylinder, and a lip cylinder connected to the threaded cylinder. The engaging portion comprises an inner cylinder, an outer cylinder, and a shoulder wall. The threaded cylinder is arranged on the inner cylinder. The cap has a side cylinder to be engaged with the threaded cylinder of the inner plug, and a cover cylinder covering the shoulder wall and the outer cylinder. The cover cylinder has a diameter larger than a diameter of the side cylinder. The outer cylinder is provided with a cut portion. The shoulder wall is provided with a cut portion connecting to the cut portion of the outer cylinder. The shoulder wall is provided on a lower surface thereof with a tear off groove along the outer cylinder. The groove is connected to the cut portion of the shoulder wall. Also, a jig for holding an inner plug unrotatably is provided.

    • A torque transmission system has driving and driven pulley units around which an endless V-belt extends. Each pulley unit has a stationary pulley part rotatable with a shaft and a movable pulley part disposed to define with the stationary pulley part a circumferentially continuous groove for receiving the V-belt. The movable pulley parts of the pulley units are axially resiliently biased so that the radii of the circle along which the V-belt engages the driving and driven pulley units are varied to change the speed-change ratio of the transmission system. The movable pulley part of the driven pulley unit is axially shifted by the action of fly weights held between a stationary plate fixed to the shaft and a holder fixed to the movable pulley part. A cover is provided to cover the outer end of the movable pulley part, the stationary plate and an adjacent end of the shaft and cooperates with the stationary plate to define therebetween a first space which is communicated through a port in the stationary plate with a second space defined between the stationary plate and the holder. The first space is also communicated with the atmosphere through an axial bore extending axially through the shaft. A third space defined between the stationary and movable pulley parts is communicated with the axial bore through a second communication port formed radially in the shaft, whereby the three spaces are maintained substantially at the atmospheric pressure regardless of changes of the volumes of the spaces due to axial movements of the axially movable members, so that the torque transmission system can be free from any adverse effect which would otherwise be caused by the compression of air in the mentioned spaces.

    • The bottle cap unit (1) of this invention comprises an inner cap (2), which is tightly fitted to the bottleneck (24) to form a pour spout, and an outer cap (15), which is detachably screwed on or off the inner cap (2) to close or open the pour spout. The first locking part (5) is disposed on the outer wall of the attaching cylinder (3) of the inner cap (2). The second locking part (23) is disposed on the locking cylinder (22), which is connected to the outer cylinder (20) of the outer cap (15) via the breaking pieces (21). This second locking part (23) is engaged from underside with the first locking part (5) to lock the outer cap (15). The attachment of the inner cap (2) to the bottleneck (24) is set at such a strength that allows the inner cap (2) to be manually snapped out of the bottleneck (24). In this configuration, the bottle cap unit (1) can be easily snapped out of the bottleneck (24) for separate collection.
