Further, a vibrating body may be designed to vibrate with high frequencies by reducing the size and mass of the vibrating body. Through embodiments of the present invention, it is also possible to prevent interference between light entering a mirror package and the finally reflected light.

A method for allowing a base station to perform coverage loss detection of a mobile station in a broadband wireless access system includes unsolicitedly transmitting a first message wherein a bit for requesting ranging execution is set, to the mobile station, and upon receiving a second message for confirming the ranging from the mobile station prior to expiration of a first timer that begins to operate when the first message is transmitted, restarting operating a second timer established for the mobile station.

    • A method of scanning neighboring target RATs (Radio Access Technology). The method according to one embodiment includes transmitting a message including a field indicating whether or not the mobile station supports the inter-RAT handover while performing a network entry process; transmitting a request for information about another RAT only if the inter-RAT handover is supported by the mobile station; and, in response to the request, receiving information about a recommended RAT from the base station. The information about the recommended RAT is selected based on the location information. The method according to the embodiment further includes performing the scanning of the neighboring target RATs using the information about the recommended RAT; and reporting a result of the scanning. The performing of the scanning is triggered when channel quality falls below a certain threshold. The receiving information is in response to, both, the transmitted message, and the transmitted request.
