    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prefabricated building construction device capable of quickly and easily performing assembly work without limitation on a construction position and a work space, improving workability and substantially shortening a construction period.SOLUTION: The prefabricated building construction device for elevating and lowering a roof structure assembled beforehand at the upper part of a foundation floor surface by a lift device includes: upper and lower guide members 10, 10' whose one end is fastened on frames 3, 3' constituting the roof structure 1 and a foundation floor surface 2 and other end is projected to the outline of the roof structure 1 and has a vertical hole 12 perforated; a vertical guide bar 20 fitted to the vertical holes 12 of the upper and lower guide members 10, 10' to connect the roof structure 1 and the foundation floor surface 2, and formed so as to guide the conveyance in the vertical direction of the roof structure 1; and a support rod 30 formed such that a clamp 32 is provided on one end so as to be fastened on the vertical guide bar 20 and the other end is fastened onto the frame 3' of the foundation floor surface 2.
