    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an inner panel with face-bonded striker substrates from being easily damaged, even if some impact forces are given from a seat to the striker.SOLUTION: An inner panel 13 forming a surface of a cabin 3 side of a sidewall 6 of a vehicle body 2 has: a panel body 14 extending in a front-back direction of the vehicle body 2; and an extension panel 15 bending and extending from one end edge in the front-back direction of the panel body 14 to face the outside of vehicle body 2. A substrate 31 of the striker 27 that detachably latches a seat 20 provided in the cabin 3 is connected to the surface of the cabin 3 side of the panel body 14. Among an outer edges of the substrate 31, the outer edge of the extension panel 15 side is formed a waveform to have a projection 35 in a plurality of arc convex shape, and each projection 35 is located in the neighborhood of the bent part 37 of the inner panel 13 between the panel body 14 to the extension panel 15.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hood structure a reinforcing part of which can be easily deformed. SOLUTION: A reinforcing cylinder 24 is collapsed and deformed as a hood 10 is deformed when a colliding body collides from the upper side on the hood 10. Hereby, the shortest distance P to a third bending part 42 through a seventh bending part 56 from a second bending part 40 and the shortest distance Q to a third bending part 42 through a fourth bending part 44 from the second bending part 40 roughly match with each other. Consequently, it is possible to restrain ironing deformation of the reinforcing cylinder 24 around a periphery of the second bending part 40, and the reinforcing cylinder 24 can be easily collapsed and deformed. Accordingly, it is possible to maintain long a state of a colliding load working on a colliding body being small, to increase deforming stroke quantity of the hood 10 and to restrain the hood 10 touching its bottom on a lock 20 or a radiator upper 22.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently lower a faulty value of a colliding body by sufficient deformation of a cowl when the colliding body collides against a lower part of a front window shield glass. SOLUTION: The cowl 20 is furnished with a cowl upper and a cowl inner 24. Both of length L1 from a front end of a supporting part 22B of the front window shield glass 14 on the cowl upper 22 to a front end of a connecting part of the cowl upper 22 and the cowl inner 24 and length L2 of an inclined part 24D of the cowl inner 24 are set so that a deformation locus of the supporting part 22B of the cowl upper 22 generated when the colliding body collides against the lower part 14B of the front window shield glass 14 becomes a deformation locus to restrict extension and contraction of an intermediate film 16 of the front window shield glass 14 in the longitudinal direction of the car body. • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the cooling power of a coil by eliminating the void between the coil and the internal surface of a coil slot. SOLUTION: A cloth-made spacer 3 is inserted into a coil slot 1 by bending the spacer 3 in a U-shape so that the spacer 3 may come into contact with the internal surface of the slot 1. Then a coil 5 using an enameled wire, such as the polyester wire, etc., coated with a synthetic resin is housed in the spacer 3 and a wedge 9 having a semi-U shape is driven into the spacer 3. In addition, the spacer 3 is impregnated with an insulating filler, such as the varnish 8 by drip feed impregnation. Since the spacer 3 is made of cloth through which the varnish 8 can infiltrate, the slot 1 is sufficiently filled up with the varnish 8 to its internal surface through the spacer 3 when the spacer 3 is impregnated with the varnish 8. In addition, the packing property of the varnish 8 is further improved by rotating a stator after the void between the internal surface of the slot 1 and coil 5 is filled up with the drip-fed varnish 8.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate coil piece inserting work by drawing out the inserting-into-inner- circumferential-layer side of double-line coil pieces from slots temporarily, and interrupt-inserting the inserting-into-outer-circumferential-layer sides of single-line coil pieces, at the time of inserting a plurality of single-line coil pieces below the inserting-into-inner-circumferential-layer sides of double-like coil pieces. SOLUTION: To insert the inserting-into-outer-circumferential-layer sides of the last N single-line coil pieces 26, the inserting-into-inner-circumferential-layer side 22a of a double-line coil piece 22, having been inserted into the inner circumferential layer of a slot 12c is drawn out, and the inserting-into-inner-circumferential-layer side of the next single-line coil piece 26 is inserted into a slot 12i, and its inserting-into- outer-circumferential-layer side is interrupt-inserted into the outer circumferential layer of the slot 12c. Similarly, the inserting-into-inner circumferential-layer sides 22a of double-line coil pieces 22 are drawn out in the order following that, and the inserting-into-outer-circumferential-layer sides of the last N (six, for example) single-line coil pieces 26 are interrupt-inserted into the outer circumferential layers of specified slots 12. Consequently, coil lifting work can be performed easily, and the breakage of the coatings of the coils can be prevented.
