    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an inner panel with face-bonded striker substrates from being easily damaged, even if some impact forces are given from a seat to the striker.SOLUTION: An inner panel 13 forming a surface of a cabin 3 side of a sidewall 6 of a vehicle body 2 has: a panel body 14 extending in a front-back direction of the vehicle body 2; and an extension panel 15 bending and extending from one end edge in the front-back direction of the panel body 14 to face the outside of vehicle body 2. A substrate 31 of the striker 27 that detachably latches a seat 20 provided in the cabin 3 is connected to the surface of the cabin 3 side of the panel body 14. Among an outer edges of the substrate 31, the outer edge of the extension panel 15 side is formed a waveform to have a projection 35 in a plurality of arc convex shape, and each projection 35 is located in the neighborhood of the bent part 37 of the inner panel 13 between the panel body 14 to the extension panel 15.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the area of a turning locus, and facilitate its turning work by constituting a partition of an upper member and a lower member, pivoting these so as to mutually and relatively turn, and bending the upper member by bending means in the halfway of downward turn. SOLUTION: A partition 12 is divided in a midway part in its vertical direction, and is constituted of an upper member 30 and a lower member 31, and the lower end of the upper member 30 and the upper end of the lower member 31 are mutually pivoted by a pivotal means 13 so that these upper and lower members 30 and 31 mutually and relatively turn. Bending means 34 are arranged to relatively turn them so that the upper member 30 bends to the lower member 31 in the midway of downward turn of the partition 12. The bending means 34 have links 36, and its one ends are pivoted on the car body 1 side by a first pivot 37, and the other ends are pivoted on the upper member 30 by a second pivot 38. As a result, a partition pipe 17 is restrained from approaching or from becoming likely to contact with a rear sear 9 or the like.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a separator bar to be simply fitted and removed by rotating a separator bar pin together with a collar by the rotation of the separator bar, after inserting the pin into a bracket cutout and a collar cutout and making a stopper abut upon the collar surface, and making the pin engage with the back of a bracket fitting hole. SOLUTION: A pin 7, which can be freely inserted into a bracket 21 cutout 21c and a collar 22 cutout 22c, is provided on the outside circumference of one of the ends of a separator bar and a stopper 8, which can not be inserted through the bracket 21 cutout 21c and the collar 22 cutout 22c is provided in the position offsetted in the longitudinal direction of the pin 7. The collar 22 as well as the pin 7 are rotated with respect to the bracket 21 and the pin 7 is locked with the back of the bracket 21 fitting hole by means of inserting the pin 7 into the respective cutouts 21c, 22c of the bracket 21 and the collar 22 and making the stopper 8 abut upon the surface of the collar 22.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small article holding component excellent in a beautiful appearance and having improved functional flexibility by continuously forming fixed pieces in the bendable state against a substrate, and forming a pressing piece integrally with the fixed pieces. SOLUTION: Fixed pieces 12 are continuously formed in the bendable state against a flat substrate 11 on the right and left below the substrate 11. A pressing piece 13 is installed between both fixed pieces 12. The pressing piece 13 is molded integrally with the fixed pieces 12 at least in the continued state to the fixed pieces 12. Each fixed piece 12 is bent into a doglegged shape and is formed with a base section 12a and a fixed section 12b. The pressing piece 13 is located at a position nearer to the substrate 11 side than to the fixed pieces 12 when the fixed pieces 12 are bent. When the fixed pieces 12 are bent, a pinch section 17 is formed between the pressing piece 13 and the substrate 11. When this component 10 is fitted to a vehicle body, the back of the substrate 11 and the fixed pieces 12 are locked to a stationary member 23 of the vehicle body.
